  FLO installed an air-to-air heat pump system to heat and cool our top floor tenement flat. The system has five room units with the external unit positioned by hydraulic platform in the roof valley. The system is simpler and more effective than an air-to-water-to-air heat pump, it has point of use water heating so it does not need to maintain a tank of hot water. The system has been working perfectly since installation is easy to use and economical to run, very economical if you sector heat or cooling to only the area of the flat you are using. FLO were neat, methodical and conscientious in their work. The installation is sound and workmanlike. The external unit is secure and safe in the roof valley the pipe and cable runs are well laid and protected in the attic void and the room units well placed in the five rooms they heat and cool. I recommend FLO without any reservation. They did a great job for us.

  not impressed. Not their fault but a referrals company sent them my details with incorrect address ( I'm sorting solar panels and a battery for my parents place who live hundreds of miles away, but company sent mine, I already have SP. I've never touched Flo's own website till today). Got a call from Flows rep 2 months ago, I will politely call it "challenging" (it was difficult to get the concept of address has gone wrong / this sale lead is wrong across). I asked them to delete my details (I've had referral company delete me off the system too), Flo confirmed I had been deleted (nearly 2 months ago), Today I get another, I'm pretty sure from the same person, with equally difficulty in conveying the address error across. I am actually in the market for additional Solar panels and a battery for my own house (once i've finished my parents set up), but I've crossed Flow off my list of possible companies in the Glasgow locale.

  Had a heat pump installed by Flo Renewables and I’m really impressed with the whole process. The team were friendly, turned up on time, and kept me informed at every stage. They clearly knew what they were doing and explained things in a way that was easy to understand, which I appreciated. The install was neat and done within the timeframe they gave me. The heat pump’s been working perfectly and my home feels much more comfortable already. Also noticed a drop in energy usage, which is a bonus. Overall, a really professional service from start to finish. Would happily recommend Flo Renewables to anyone thinking about getting a heat pump

  FLO Renewables came recommended from a family friend. From first phone call, I knew I’d be looked after by Joe and the team. Since the install of my air source heat pump I have noticed a significant drop in energy bills. I was sceptical at first about the change but since I changed over, along with my solar and battery storage I have noticed received an energy bill of over £5 since March this year. Highly recommend this company if considering going renewable.
