  We had problems getting our GivEnergy inverter to work; it had stopped drawing power from our solar panels. Philip at Eco Energy Kent patiently talked us through what to do over the ‘phone and it worked. We were very impressed with the quality of service.

  The service provided right from the advisory process, the quotation and all throughout the installation has been BRILLIANT. Jamie helped to tailor the individual needs for solar panels and batteries to suit the individual needs of my property. All the team were very professional and the communication was really good at all times. It is now a learning curve with this new technology however, I feel confident even though the installation work is now complete, the support from all the team will be there in the future should I need.   Excellent experience from start to finish. Jamie and his team were brilliant — really know their stuff and took the time to find the best setup for our needs, not just a one-size-fits-all like some of the others I spoke to. Our 100-year-old roof was tricky, but the guys tested different brackets to get it right, keeping everything watertight and protecting the old tiles. We’ve now got 16 panels, a 13.5 kWh battery, and a failover system — no more power cuts! The team were tidy, professional, and great to have around. Highly recommend.
