  We had our new solar and battery system installed by Premiair. As we live in a conservation zone, there were some unexpected delays for permissions and technical roof issues. Nathan helped and supported us through these and made sure the job got started as soon as possible. Kenny and his team did an amazing job installing the system across two different roofs and explained all aspects of it. We are delighted with the final results.

  Two new air con units fitted in lounge and master bedroom, workmanship amazing, so neat and tidied up after each room was completed, works with Alexa MELCloud app and remote, really good at Alexa command responses. Fitter Nino incredible, knowledgeable, did everything we asked nothing was too much trouble, workmanship outstanding. Definitely worth 5 star rating, highly recommend Premiaire, prompt quote from Nathan after survey, again very helpful and efficient.

  Second time we've used the company to fit units at our house, amazing team, extremely respectful, every part of the service they delivered from start to finish was great! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

  We decided to make the move to have home air con installed and had 5 companies out to quote us, including Premiair. Nathan from Premiair came out and quoted us, and amongst all the companies that came, he came up with the best solution for us with our options and made no fuss about it (other companies almost seemed reluctant to want to do it...). Communication from Nathan was perfect from the initial email right up to after the installation was complete. We had two engineers install the air con over three days. I want to pass on our thanks to the two lads and say how much of a credit they both are to the company. They were polite, friendly, helpful, worked very hard and quickly. They were respectful, didn't leave any mess and did a great job. It goes without saying that we are extremely happy with the air con and the work that they carried out. I would 100% recommend Premiair to any and everyone! We would without a doubt use them again in the future.

  An excellent service from start to finish. Thank you Premiair. I had air conditioning units fitting in my kitchen area and all of my bedrooms. Nino and Harry executed a smooth installation over four days and were great at answering any of my questions and working around my family and visitors over the summer holiday time. I would recommend Premiair to my friends and family. Thank you.

  We have used Premiair before and got them back, to add Aircon to the Children's rooms. Very professional from quote to the Guys fitting. They were respectful to the appearance of the house, when fitting the units and after service been spot on, zero concerns. Thanks.

  We had air con fitted at home by Premiair, one downstairs and two upstairs. The service and attention to detail from start to finish has been amazing. The installers were knowledgeable, professional and kept us informed of progress across the two days of work.
