  I would recommend Utility Pro's simply for their responsiveness, can do approach and excellent customer service. I was in the need for a gas certified engineer in the Chipping Norton area to fix the gas fireplace at my employer's property. Calling several businesses on the gas-certified business register, most of them don't even deal with gas fireplaces, even though it states on their websites. I simply found Utility Pro's by searching on Google and calling around and I think I struck luck. I called around 4.30pm on a Friday and got a prompt answer by Lorraine who assured me that they could do the job. She asked me if it would be ok if she could call me back as she would like to speak to one of their engineers. 25mins later I received her call and she offered the following Tuesday in the afternoon to assess the issue and when possible to fix it there and then. Lance, the engineer portrait great confidence and knowledge and fixed the problem within minutes. Whilst the installer and the manufacturer of the gas fireplace had no one available until the new year and the company looking at the gas appliances at the property refused to fix the gas fireplace, Utility Pro's took on this job with a can do mentality and customer care. I think I know who'm I will contact for any gas or electric related tasks in the future.

  I am very impressed with how they dealt with the issues we had regarding a boiler, water pressure, and toilet. Incredibly polite and helpful receptionist guiding us through what you can imagine was a stressful time. The guys that did the work were knowledgeable, sorted the issues, and put our minds at ease. Will use them again if anything else goes wrong.

  Always very happy with the service, from looking after my old oil fired underfloor heating system to using them again as soon as I moved house to service my new gas boiler & check the underfloor heating and radiators.

  Came to service boiler. Went OK but small leak developed afterwards. Engineer returned first call next day so first class service !.
