  It is so refreshing that in this day and age that there are still businesses / people that are incredibly helpful and truly believe in putting customers first. From our initial enquiry with Wendy at Lectec Ltd to the completion of the installation of our Tesla Firewall 3 battery everyone that we dealt with was exceptional . I highly recommend Lectec to anyone requiring anything electrical.

  Brilliant! Having had no luck in finding anyone who would come and service my electric boiler , the manufacture suggested I try Lectec. I was dubious that they would attend , as I live in Watton, and their company is beyond Bury. From the moment Wendy answered the phone , I felt 100% confident that they would be able to help. At every step, Wendi liaised with me with regard to quotes and appt times , these were exact every time . My boiler hadn’t been serviced for over 4 years and it needed some remedial work doing to it . When John arrived, again I felt completely reassured as to what needed to be done . Again, the same day, Wendy sent me confirmation of our conversation plus a breakdown of the quote. John arrived, on time yesterday , and the work was completed , excluding an extra valve that he said was not needed , so my quote was immediately readjusted . He left my house absolutely spotless , after his work . I was particularly impressed with his green ethics in that he recycled my waste and drives an electric vehicle . Wendy will automatically send me a reminder for next years service, I couldn’t be happier . Thank you so much Lectec

  I cannot recommend LECTEC enough!!! I have had John and Jim from LECTEC install air con in my two homes so far , one in Cambridge and one in Norfolk, and to say I was impressed and amazed at the extremely high level of care and expertise is an understatement!! Not only were John and Jim unbelievably skilled and professional, completing the jobs with precision and care, in just a matter of days, but left the homes spotless as if the air con had been there all along. John and Jim are also able to modify plans to best suit the home they are working on, dealing with many complex issues in my Norfolk home, able to accommodate these and ensure the work is completed in a very aesthetic way. There were so many extra things that did not go unnoticed, John and Jim brought my bins in from the front back into the garden on bin collection day, and also fixed my blind in the kitchen that was wonky after surviving my nephew trying to swing his toy dragon off it! I did not ask for these things to be done, they just noticed it and fixed it for me, out of genuine care for their customer. Also there was not a spec of dust from any of the work, it’s as if the area r con units went up like magic! Also, I needed some extra sockets installed outside, and John and Jim made time for this additional work during the same visit, which truly helped me out a lot! They also were kind enough to let delivery men in with items to assemble so I did not have to leave work to let them in! LECTEC as a company will always go the extra mile, I honestly feel incredibly blessed to have had them do this work for me, hence having them back to do my Norfolk home after the amazing experience I had with them with my Cambridge home. John and Jim are the highest trained profession that you could find, did detailed plans of installation with me and the design of the best placement for the outdoor and indoor machines! No job is too difficult for them!!! Wendy was also an absolute God-send! She provided me detailed estimates, official documentation of the work when required by my shared ownership developer ( which she was able to do for me as a priority, which meant the world!) , she kept in contact with me via phone calls, texts and emails, and was even kind enough to assist me in changing the dates of the work ( on more than one occasion) as my sale completion date was delayed. I literally would not dream of having anyone else do any electric work in my home other than LECTEC now, I can one million % trust John and Jim with not only air con work, but all electric works, and am panning to book with them very soon again to complete some ceiling lighting jobs and TV wall mounting with indoor sockets. At the start of the works, prior to meeting John, Jim and Wendy, I was honestly very nervous to have such huge work done on my homes, but from day 1 in my Cambridge home, all the worry went away thanks to LECTEC’S incredible professionalism, going the extra mile for their customer, and making nothing too much to ask! Having the air con installed has been life changing for me, as I have an autoimmune condition that means I cannot regulate my temperature well during the summer heat, and not only are the indoor machines beautiful, but also have multiple settings and can be controlled from your phone and pre set on a timer! There is a world of difference between these silent , professional machines compared to my very noisy portable air con unit I had prior! With the summers getting hotter and hotter, I’d suggest to anyone thinking of installing air con to book with LECTEC, I 100% recommend them and hope to be booking further electric works with them Soon!!   Lectec kept in touch from my initial contact, I knew when and who was coming, the electrician was friendly, considerate, did an excellent job and repaired inaccurate work done by a previous company. Would highly recommend.

  LECTEC were absolutely hands down the most professional company I dealt with when looking for an EV charger installation. They listened to what I needed as a customer and the installation itself was flawless, neatly done, and on time. Thoroughly recommended in the Cambs (East Anglia) area.

  I struggled to find a company that I felt could help with a problem with my solar panels - and then I found LECTEC via Checkatrade. Wendy was very helpful both on the phone and via email - and John came at the arranged times and got on with fault finding - and fixing. An extremely well-organised company. Would recommend them very highly.

  We contacted Lectec to come in and service our commercial EV car chargers. From the very beginning the communications with thier office amazing, they provided all the information quickly and accurately. The service was carried out last week, and the engineer was courteous, friendly and professional. We were really pleased with the service provided. 100% recommended, so much so we will be signing up to a 3 year contract with them soon. Thank you!

  Its only been a few weeks but we have had a lovely heating /aircon system installed by LECTEC with air source heat pumps. Short lead time and good clean and tidy installation and everything working. We got the Panasonic. Only downside is you can't mute the light on the unit if you want it connected to the wifi. You can turn the light down but in a bedroom its still a nuisance so I covered the light with white tac. Very quick to heat up and cool down rooms. Office staff very responsive. Came recommended by a friend so I saw it installed before purchase.
