  Green Homes service my air source heat pumps annually. They are very professional, punctual, reliable and extremely neat and tidy workers. I know I can always speak to someone on the phone and they have been incredibly helpful and speedy in dealing with some issues I had. Thankfully everything is working wonderfully. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

  My Mitsubishi EcoDan was due its annual service and I decided to ask Green Homes if they could undertake this. Communications were prompt and cheerful, from first enquiry to confirmation of arrival time on the day. The engineer was pleasant and put me at ease. The system has now been checked over, and I received a report sheet so I know exactly what was included in the inspection. Tim even took the time to answer some questions I had about possibly relocating the unit ( we decided it likely wasn't worth the expense) and he recommended a company that builds covers for heat pumps ( as it's big, white and shiny and sits next to my front door). Very pleased all round.

  We had Tim at Green Homes perform a full service on our heat pump yesterday. We were very impressed by all that was done, particularly w.r.t. the clear and friendly communication. The service included some tweaks to our system to further improve its performance, and much very helpful advice.

  Green Homes Gloucestershire installed our air source heat pump in October 2024. We're based in the Cotswolds and the installation was a retrofit into the existing underfloor pipes and manifolds. We really appreciated the excellent communications with Tim and team. From the outset they helped us with our (extensive) questions and the planning assessment (as we're in a conservation area). The team were very professional and considerate on site. I would guess that ours was a more challenging install due to the existing set up and the remote location, but they nonetheless managed to do an efficient and tidy job, on budget. They also followed up on several occasions to answer further questions and deal with general snagging as you would expect from a large project. We'll be going back to Green Homes Gloucestershire for servicing and potential other projects if we can. I would unreservedly recommend this company to anyone considering a heat pump.

  We are very pleased with our air source heat pump installed by Tim and his team. Everything was installed neatly and efficiently. It did need a couple of return visits to make sure it was "firing on all cylinders" but these were promptly and cheerfully made and we now have an economical and cozy system heating our water and our home. Very highly recommended installers of high quality products.

  Very disappointed with this company. They came out to look at my air source heat pump which was not working. They were not very knowledge about it and happy to leave the system full of air and didn't fully check the system pressure was correct before leaving on 2 occasions, even when I told they it wasn't working before they left. Despite the calls and a large invoice it is still not working. I'm going to have to pay to yet another company to replace the faulty heating control component, which I suggested was faulty before they came out and wanted changing.

  Green Homes Gloucestershire fitted a Valiant Air Source heat pump at our new build. Having never ventured down this road before we found Rich extremely helpful, and took all of the advice he offered. We are so pleased with the results! The running cost is the lowest we have ever had and we are super cosy and not worried about putting our heating on. Rich set it all up for us and we have had no issues. It’s a bonus knowing we are playing our part in helping the environment. 🍃
