  I visited purely for help and advice which was exactly what the helpful, friendly, family run business gave me. I will probably return and order depending on if I find anything more appropriate colour/size wise.

  Positive feedback! Phoned technical at 0800 Monday and you sent Stevie Toogood out by 1500 to complete a warranty repair. In all the years I've fitted Alpha, I've never had my customers wait more than 1 working day to get up and running again. This is a remarkable statistic and this is because of Caroline Scola, Francis Christie, Scott Alexander, vic sandram and Stevie Toogood. You simply don't get this level of customer service anywhere else. Well done all at Alpha innovation! I will continue to install and promote this amazing brand.

  My boiler decided to pack in the next day I rang Alpha and glad I did , we arranged a time and a very punctual technician named Ben turned up and found the fault , he said I needed a spare part and I would get a call from Alpha regarding an opponent to fit it as it needed ordering, it was a Friday no heating or hot water and I had a busy schedule the week after I had mention this to Ben in conversation . Within an hour Alpha had rang me and said Ben the technician can be at yours soon with the part and fit it will you be in , hed gone to Sheffield get part got it fitted and got my boiler working again within 2 hours , brilliant communication and service provided was fantastic 👍

  Alpha were the installer for our main bathroom, and we were so impressed with them that we went to them for our new ensuite (supply and installation). There were so many different options available from Alpha compared to the big stores. We were walked through the options in the showroom until we were happy with our choices. The installation guys were great, and it was a joy to have them in the house. They were especially good with our pets (three cats and a puppy), checking with us before they made any substantial noise to make sure the pets were ok, and that we were not on a phone call etc. I would not hesitate to use Alpha again, or recommend them to anyone.

  Excellent service, engineer so helpful and helpful, obviously experienced and knowledgeable. The office staff were so helpful and on a Saturday spent time going through all the reasons I was having problems. Highly recommended.

  Ordered some tiles from here and emphasised the urgency. Was told they would be ready to collect the following Monday. The day after called the shop to ask if could collect and was told that they would never have been ready for the day previously told due to the quantity ordered. Explained that we had asked specifically for an urgent order and was advised they would be ready the following Monday. The girl who spoke to us did not apologise and basically made us feel as if we were lying. Dreadful customer service. No respect and to be not believed made us feel very angry. Would not use this company again

  Unfortunately there has been some miscommunication as we did not say the tiles you ordered would be with us on Monday 26 February. The order was placed by you at approx. 4.50pm on Thursday 22 February (when our supplier was closed). Our member of staff who dealt with you knows that tiles take a minimum of 3 to 5 working days to obtain and given your order was for a small amount it would take even longer as we would have to attach it to a stock order. Once again this platform has been used to criticise our company for a customers mistake. Alpha heating has processed a full refund.

  I've recently had a totally new bathroom installed by Alpha. The communication was good, letting me know by text the day before if the fitters were attending my property. Care was taken to keep my own carpets clean. Professional work carried out with care to detail. Explained what was happening each day. I am over the moon with my new bathroom. Thanks Alpha Heating.
