  Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Simon installed our air source heat pump, heating and hotwater system. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From day one, he treated our home with complete respect — everything was kept clean, tidy, and organised, and he always took the time to make sure we were comfortable with what was happening. Simon's knowledge is incredible. He explained everything clearly, made great recommendations, and you can tell he genuinely takes pride in doing the job properly. On top of that, the value for money was fantastic — high-quality work at a very fair price. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also such a genuinely nice guy, it was assuring to have a trustworthy person in my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing heating or plumbing work. An all-round brilliant experience and truly outstanding service. Looking forward to catching up with him every year for our system service.

  Simon is an absolute legend! After a frustrating experience with another plumbing and heating company, Simon went above and beyond to help us on short notice. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had our boiler up and running in no time. His professionalism, reliability, and expertise were evident from the start.   Simon has been brilliant at servicing and keeping our central heating system functioning beautifully with an excellent understanding of components to repair so as to keep the work economical as well as taking a sustainable approach . He has been very helpful also with detective work to find some tiny leaks which built up over the time since the flats were built. It has been such a relief to know he is nearby and to be able to trust him totally with the work as well as with keys. Thanks Simon.

  After a few years trying to persuade our previous plumber to attend, we switched to Simon and it has been a breath of fresh air. He came on time, fixed a problem with the boiler that had been bugging us for a couple of years, and has serviced it annually since. This week we had a leaking water tank which was starting to become a bit major, and Simon responded quickly and fixed it swiftly and with no fuss. He's very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.   We have been using Simon for many years now. On Sunday our heating broke down and he came out the same day and managed to fix the problem right away. I find his prices very reasonable too.

  Very polite and helpful , arrived on time to sort my leaking tap (on a Friday night) amazingly had spare replacement cartridges in his van and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently . 5 Star service Thank you very much
