Not sure what happened. They came out as planned to do a heat loss survey on house because we were thinking about a heat battery boiler. Arrived on time and did a comprehensive survey but we have never received the report. We were never sent an invoice either. Followed up by email but no reply.

  Owner's reply

I’m very sorry you didn’t receive the heat-loss survey report or an invoice and that your follow-up emails went unanswered. This falls short of our usual standard, so I’ve escalated your case and we will resend the report and invoice to the email on file and have a team member follow up by phone within 48 hours. We will also investigate why your earlier emails weren’t replied to and take steps to prevent this happening again. For immediate assistance, please contact our customer service team using the phone number on our website.

We are really happy to recommend Leaping Hare. They extended our existing PV system in August 2024 by adding 7 additional PV panels, an additional 8.2kW storage battery, an Eddi solar hot water controller and new inverters. From the initial quotation stage Katharine provided excellent advice on the best system configuration and was happy to answer any questions we had. Their price was very competitive. The installation process was very professional and Matthew went over and above in terms of service by getting elements of the original installation that had never worked properly working. We are very happy with the installation.

  Owner's reply

Thank you Janet for your kind words. It was a pleasure to work with you.

After a bad experience with a builder we employed for a house extension, we have been wary of all trades people. Luckily we chose Leaping Hare Renewables to install our Tepeo Zeb boiler and Solar and battery system. They have restored our faith by doing a good job, would highly recommend Leaping Hare Renewables, they are passionate about their work.

  Owner's reply

Thank you so much for your glowing review Simon. We really enjoyed helping you acheive a zero emmission and renewable energy powered home!

A great installation completed without any problems,. From the first call to sign off we have been happy the whole way. We had 4 quotes, 2 would only quote without a site visit (they had no chance) but Leaping Hare were here to reassure. We would not hesitate to recommend.

  Owner's reply

Thank you for your glowing review Erik! It has been a pleasure installing your system.

Installed a Sunamp heat battery and sorted out our hot water pressure and fitter a thermostatic shower, great friendly family run local business at the cutting edge of renewable technology with a passion for sustainability. Matthew and his plumber were very professional, informative and carried out the work to a very high standard left the job clean and tidy. We really liked that they were not pushy and didn’t hard sell. Would definitely recommend and hope to use them in the future for infer red heating and solar panels

We can recommend Leaping Hare without equivocation. They are both friendly and efficient. The work, by them and their sub-contractors, has been carried out professionally, and has to the highest standards. The results from the installation of our panels have also surpassed our expectations. Bridget and Alf.
