  Just had my install completed by PHR and honestly the whole process was amazing from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, no pressure at all, and it all ran so smoothly. The staff really made it for us, everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and actually seemed to care about doing a good job. The installers were great, turned up on time, worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. Couldn’t fault the experience at all, really happy we chose them!

  PHR contacted me today to check in on my installation, which I thought was a really good touch. After 6 months of nothing but positive results, I’m more than happy to leave this review at their request. A big thank you to Sophie and Sonia as well—both were really helpful and genuinely lovely to deal with on the phone. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

  I wouldn’t use anyone else. PHR have been excellent from start to finish—helpful, respectful, and completely trustworthy throughout. They installed my air source heat pump and solar panels, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I’ve recently had them back out to service my ASHP, and the level of care and professionalism was just as good as the first time. While they were here, James also took the time to explain the free battery grants available and that PHR will handle the application process for me, which was a great bonus. Genuinely impressed with the service—highly recommend.

  PHR installed a fully funded grant at my home last year, and the whole process was efficient from start to finish. Since the work was completed, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in my energy bills. I recently had them back to install a battery, and once again the service was excellent. I can’t recommend them highly enough — a great local company you can trust.

  PHR installed our air source heat pump, solar PV, batteries, and full M&E on our new-build property. Excellent install quality and great service throughout. They remotely monitor the system and fine-tuned it to suit how we actually live, which made a real difference.

  The listed building approval took some time, but PHR kept us updated all the way through, which really helped. Once we got the go ahead, the work was carried out to a good standard and everything was handled professionally. Big thanks you to the office girls. I was a bit nervous about getting a heat pump but honestly, it’s been great so far, no issues at all and the house feels really warm. Overall, really happy with the results. Would defintely recommend.
