  Insolation Solar have recently completed an installation for me, with 22 solar panels and 2 Ecoflow batteries. I am delighted to say that the whole process, from first contact to installation, went like clockwork and the system is generating electricity exactly as specified. Email communications with the office are dealt with promptly and comprehensively, the technical specification was spot on for my requirements. The installation itself was exactly on time, with friendly and efficient installers who left everything functioning perfectly. It is unusual and a pleasure to be able to give a 100% clean sheet to any organisation. Insolation Solar fully deserve their excellent reputation.

  What a great company to work with! From first to last, the experience was seamless. Communication was first class - speedy and always informative. The install itself was excellent, and all completed in one day. I felt that the company really have a passion not only for what they provide, but also the people who are using their service. How refreshing in this modern era to find a company with family values and the personal touch. Highly, highly, recommended.

  We were looking for a non standard install that included both a flat roof and wall mounted panels. Most of the other companies we approached wouldn't even give us a quote but Wendy and Howard were very helpful. Insolation Solar had experience of both and were able to offer excellent advice. We worked though a number of iterations of the proposal with them and they were always patient and generous sharing their knowledge. They were also able to pivot rapidly to accommodate some unexpected restrictions from our energy supplier. We were give dates and the installation was carried out on time, quicky and cleanly. I would very highly recommend Insolation Solar.

  Great company and I would not hesitate to recommend. Wendy and Howard supported us throughout the fitting of our Tesla Powerwall and new EV charger. They engaged with us throughout the whole process, answered all our questions promptly and we are really pleased with our installation.

  Thank you Wendy and Howard for your fantastic service and clear explanation of the solar installation process. All work was discussed and explained before hand and then carried out to the highest standard. The finished product is spot on and we couldn’t be happier.   When we started out on our Solar Battery journey it was ultimately about choosing the right design installation for our home- When we contacted Howard & Wendy they had no problem going out of their way to set up a visit for us to see a previous installation with an existing customer, it was so helpful to see everything all working , and to have everything explained - however most importantly we wanted to choose the right Company for us, as we felt it was key to have specialist help and guidance from a company we could trust. Howard & Wendy were just that, they delivered on every aspect for us from start to finish, they have been absolutely brilliant! We couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone who is starting out on a solar /battery journey. An absolute treasure of a family business, well run on every aspect, they were always very professional in everything they carried out, it was more like a friendship than a contract! And just to add, we also felt they were highly competitive cost wise, for the installation they carried out, so we were happy with that too. Even now after the installation has been done, we always feel we can approach them with any questions ( we ask a lot! ) as they are always willing to come back straightaway! Thank you Howard & Wendy, and your team for our expertly designed & fitted Installation, it’s made a lovely addition to our Eco Home! And most importantly we admire how you run your business with your customers, you definitely were a great find for us, we are very happy customers!!
