    Agreeing with the review below, it seems to be a common pattern: Sonny and Sakrap are by far the most incompetent managers I have ever dealt with. Please do not buy from this dealership, even if the deal initially looks good. Spend a little extra and go elsewhere — it will save you a great deal of stress later on. Once they have your money, they take absolutely no accountability for their actions or the issues that arise afterwards. The entire experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. Their only priority seems to be selling as many cars as possible, with little to no concern for customer service once the sale is completed. The staff on the phone will often tell you one thing and then completely contradict themselves later, which clearly reflects the poor management and lack of communication from Sonny and Sakrap themselves. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience with management that was dismissive, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to take responsibility.

We have investigated your review with the branch and understand that you purchased a Service Plan with us but chose to have your car serviced directly with BMW rather than at an Arnold Clark branch. You subsequently requested reimbursement; however, as the Service Plan was not used at one of our branches, you would not be eligible for a refund.     I have never had to write a review before but feel like it’s appropriate to do so today. I am absolutely appalled by the level of professionalism from management at the Arnold Clark Chertsey Motorstore. Having bought a car from them two years ago, I was incorrectly advised regarding a service, and as a direct result, I am now left out of pocket because of the misinformation given by staff. When this was raised with managers Sonny and Sakrap, instead of listening properly, taking accountability, or attempting to resolve the issue professionally, the situation was laughed off by Sakrap who very quickly reminded us that they are “only here to sell cars”. Sakrap in particular barely listened to what was actually being explained and only ended up proving our exact point about the lack of competence and customer care within the team. The attitude throughout the conversation was dismissive and arrogant. Clearly, customer service, accountability, and honest advice are not priorities here. It’s very disappointing as the individual who sold me the car two years ago and the manager that was present at the time gave me a great experience. However, I assume with the constant turnover of staff, something is clearly going wrong and my experience says it loud enough. I would strongly think twice before going to Arnold Clark Chertsey.

    I’ve just purchased a Geely EX5 from the Arnold Clark dealership based in Chertsey, Surrey. The electric car is beautiful and well presented. It was all helped by Hassan Nasser (Senior Sales Consultant) who acted diligently and exceptionally professional in the smooth purchase of the vehicle as well as the trade-in of my previous car.     Absolutely wonderful service at AC, Chertsey this week! The team were so wonderful and kind. Looked after me and my son the whole process through acquiring my Mercedes Benz EQA!
