  The Fort team stood out from the competition in their customer service, bespoke approach to find a solution which worked for us, engineering knowhow and value for money. We had slightly unusual and particular requirements and were really impressed with the tailored approach we received. Thanks to Lee and Julian who put up with so many questions and all the challenges this project threw up. We are delighted with the end result!

  We had an issue with our solar system and made a call to Fort Energy. Julian responded promptly and offered to visit within 24 hours. His approach was professional and friendly. He thoroughly investigated the problem and solved it on site. We were very impressed and would recommend the company.

  i have an off grid system which is a little more complex than the usual installation. the guys were really knowledgable on all aspects of the design and kept me informed on what was required. The price was excellent, the installation incredibly quick and the work was to an exacting standard and very neat. i have a few more projects and these guys will be the only ones i deal with. Fully recommend

  From initial contact with Lee I felt this was the company to carry out my installation.He advised me on the different makes of equipment and was very knowledgeable of them. The installation was for dual battery and inverter charging system to run with my solar system. Work was carried out to an excellent standard with little fuss or mess. Lee and Julian are knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure the installation is working as it should. I would also like to thank Lee for his extra work he did to solve a problem with my solar equipment. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

  Julian and Lee were very responsive to my enquiry to install a second battery to our solar system. Installation was arranged within a week and on the day they were superb. Their expertise and professionalism was evident from the first contact with Fort. They tidied up the scruffy and unsafe condition of the initial installation by a national installer and I now know that the upgraded system they installed is safe. The second battery is working and I am a very happy customer. These are the guys to go to for any work on solar and battery systems without doubt. Excellent service and work I can thoroughly recommend Fort Energy based on my dealings with them..

  Great guy, never stopped working, continued to work outside in the dark to make sure we were not left without electric overnight. Went above and beyond, would highly recommend.

  I had Fort Energy out to sort my outside electric box so i could get a smart meter installed and to say they were fantastic very professional and done a great job i would recommend this company to anyone as they are very helpful from start of the job to finish 10 out of 10 One very happy customer

  We had a back up generator installed by Fort Energy and from the pre sales through to the installation, Julian and Lee were the ultimate professionals. Both incredibly knowledgeable and no pushy sales techniques. Their working methods are clean and tidy and we are really happy with the end result. We would definitely use Fort Energy again, should we need other energy services.

  Five star service from Fort Energy from my first email enquiry. They responded quickly and with lots of information and advice. They gave me options and don’t push or persuade in any direction. The work was carried out in good time and they kept me informed and involved at all stages. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again if needed!

  Having spoken to a number of suppliers who all tried to shoehorn me into an 'off the shelf' package that suited them, it was refreshing to find a company who took the time to understand my specific requirements and then design the solution accordingly. In my case, the fact that they were also local was an added bonus. The planning and installation was carried out swiftly and professionally with minimal disruption. I was also kept fully informed of the proposed schedule and the progress of the project throughout. I'm not a solar expert, but I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. There have been no issues at all with the installation, but it's good to know that I can get in touch with the team at any time - even if its just to ask a simple question. There has also been some welcome follow-up, including advice on the most appropriate energy provider and tariffs. Even during these late summer and autumn months the savings have been greater than I anticipated. Therefore, without hesitation, I would thoroughly recommend Fort Energy.
