  Alex and his team fitted our new boiler following a disaster with our old one! A quick response and good communication after contacting him. Excellent service throughout from them, tidy and respectful of my property.   Alex recently refurbished our bathroom, converting an old wetroom back into a standard shower room with a toilet, sink and shower cubicle, and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. From the start, Alex took the time to come and talk through what we wanted and offered practical, sensible advice. He produced a couple of design options for us to consider, which made the decision process straightforward. Once work began, he kept us well informed throughout and was very thorough in his approach. During the project they discovered that water had been getting underneath the old tiles. Rather than taking shortcuts, Alex was clear that he wouldn’t be happy tiling over an unsuitable surface. He paused the work, properly dried and prepared the area, and only then continued. That level of professionalism really gave us confidence that the job was being done properly. The finished bathroom looks fantastic and the quality of the work is excellent. We really appreciated Alex’s advice, communication, and his commitment to doing things the right way rather than the easy way. We would happily recommend him to anyone.

  We’ve had an excellent experience with our plumber. He has carried out the plumbing work throughout our entire house during our recent renovation, and the quality of his work has been outstanding from start to finish. He was absolutely reliable — always turning up exactly when he said he would, which is rare these days. He’s also incredibly generous with his time, never rushing the job and always making sure everything was done properly. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things right, and that gives real peace of mind during a renovation. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We’ll definitely be using him for many years to come!

  Alex removed old bathroom units etc and fitted a completely new one. I found him to be honest, friendly, reliable, clear about timescales and I am thrilled with the results.

  Alex was professional, punctual and courteous. Always had the correct tools and parts to get the job done quickly and to a decent standard. When he was unsure on a finish that we wanted he would always call and ensure we got exactly what we set out to do. Wouldn't hesitate twice about using him again. Thanks again!

  Very highly recommended. I had Alex and Billy come to fit a new hot water cylinder and carry out other various tasks in my house. All work was completed to a very high standard with nothing overlooked, nothing was of any bother and the guys were super friendly and amenable. Pricing also very fair and competitive. Very happy for having used the services of Edwards Plumbing Solutions.
