  We 100% absolutely recommend Plectrumb Limited whenever someone asks about plumbing and gas etc. Not only are they prompt, professional and fairly priced, they are also honest! In a world where you hear so many bad stories about terrible tradespeople, this unfortunately seems so rare, so you have to rave about the great companies when you find one! We've had them over to: * replace our boiler and entire gas piping system * come over for basic plumbing work * to fix an emergency leak situation caused by a building company * had them around for yearly boiler safety inspections. Every time, they do exactly what they say they will do, and the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Another thing which led me to this review today - I messaged them trying to organise a fix for some plumbing issues we had, and instead of simply sending someone over and charging us for the call out fee (which over companies may well do), they took the time to read the issues we described and tell us that it sounded like an extremal drainage issue and not something they could fix. We called South West Water who came over within two hours of our call, and flushed the entire system out which has fixed the problem! See what I mean about being honest?! These are GOOD people running a GREAT business and I will literally never use anyone else for any plumbing and gas needs, so long as they are still going.

  Plectrumb moved my boiler and installed 3 radiators.they where professional, helpful, updated me on the work and very polite. Nothing was too much trouble . Would highly recommend.

  Another excellent job completed by the Plectrumb Team. This time it was our yearly gas inspection. Carried out professionally and on time. Have used Plectrumb to install new electric sockets and fuse board previously and they were extremely good value which is why we used them again. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others

  The team installed an under floor heating system I had purchased. Great communication and service from the start. I had a deadline and they managed to make room in their schedule. The wiring diagram I provided was not 100% but they got on the phone and worked it all out. Top job guys - Will use you again!

  Had plectrum install a new Worcester boiler and was really pleased with the professional way it was done and even more pleased to find out from my fuel supplier that my gas consumption had reduced by 23% over the following twelve months.
