  Stephen and everyone at untapped were brilliant from our first contact and all the way through. Our house was not an easy one to fit panels on and several companies wouldn't even quote. Stephen has a real "can do" attitude and found solutions to every problem! He also got more panels on at a lower cost than our other quote. Everyone working on the project was polite and friendly. Extra support and aftercare to get everything working perfectly on the Sig app has also been much appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

  So glad we chose Stephens company to supply & install our new Sigenergy Solar & Battery storage system. The whole process from start to finish was excellent and communication throughout was really good, which gave us real peace of mind. We got 4 different companies to quote and Untapped Energy not only came in the cheapest but also offered up different ideas to provide a better solution, which proved to us they really did know their stuff. Overall I can honestly say we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company to work with. They took care of everything from start to finish making sure all the paperwork was in order and our transfer to Octopus Energy went without a hitch. Brilliant all round service that I think anyone would be hard to beat !! Thankyou Stephen to you and your team for a doing such a great job. Much appreciated :-)
