  Work carried out good but in retrospect the price was very high

Just to clarify, the full cost was provided and agreed upon a couple of weeks before any work began, and we made sure you were comfortable with everything at that stage. We always aim to be transparent and ensure our customers are fully informed upfront, so there are no surprises. That said, we genuinely appreciate your comments and will take them on board as we continue to improve our service. Thanks again for your review.

  Sam came to our rescue when we had no hot water due to an electrical fault. From the moment of contact he was helpful, communicated which day he would arrive and even messaged that morning confirming he was still coming. He fixed the issue, was incredibly efficient and fantastically priced. Overall, I am so pleased we contacted him and would recommend to everyone!

  Absolutely fantastic would recommend all day, every day. Sam carried out the installation of an EV charger at my home, despite some complications and distance from supply to where I wanted the charger, Sam identified safe solutions. He was absolutely fantastic at every step of the way, from communication, to his knowledge and skill, tidying the workplace the general mannerism with my family, including my dog. Overall, absolutely the best Electrician I have ever had in my home and will use it for every project. Thank you, Sam
