  John and the Fortis team (including the fantastic Luke and Matthew) installed my 7Kw Solar and Tesla Powerwall 3 / Gateway system recently and did an amazing job. Right from the initial quote all the way through to post install care John listened to my requirements and provided me with confidence at every step. Fortis were able to install quickly (other suppliers were quoting 6-8 weeks to install) and despite the awful weather, John and his team delivered as promised and also fixed some of my broken roof tiles at the same time! Clean, tidy and not rushing the job you could tell they take pride in their installs. The system has now been up and running for 3 weeks with no issues and I can’t recommend John and the Fortis team highly enough. Roll on the summer months!

  John and his team have been amazing to work with. We had them do the solar and battery installation on our self-build, but things went so well that they ended up doing the entire 1st and 2nd fixes for us. It was a complicated build, and they were patient, working with us deal with problems and schedule conflicts along the way. Can't thank and recommend them enough!

  I hired Fortis for a solar install and couldn't be happier. John and his crew arrived exactly on time and was very professional. Took the time to explain the issue and provided a fair quote upfront. Work was completed efficiently, and they left the area spotless. Most importantly, I felt confident in the safety of the work.   They installed a 14 solar panels inverter and battery system. Fortis are quick and clean and tidy company. All paperwork completed on time and DNO informed. I have no problems recommending John and his team. For reference the system has been in 6 months and I have not no faults at all.

  Excellent customer service. John and his team were very friendly and proficient from start to the finish. They take care with the roof installations and readily available for any troubleshooting or queries. The handover of warranties and compliance certificates is provided in a very concise and well-organised document. Would not hesitate in recommending their service to anyone else looking at Solar PV battery systems. What set them really apart is not trying to oversell or push for business. Good listening and trying to provide a bespoke solution to the household/ business needs.
