  Outstanding Service from DomElec We chose DomElec after being incredibly impressed by the solar installation they did at our friend Duncan’s house, and I am absolutely delighted to say our experience was just as phenomenal. Dale and the entire team are at the absolute cutting edge of this technology, combining honest, pressure-free advice with flawless execution. **Incredible Office Support** Before the team even arrived on-site, the office staff were exceptional. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful, responding quickly to all of my enquiries and always calling back promptly whenever necessary. A special thanks to Eliya, Nikki, and Kelly for making the logistics and communication completely seamless and stress-free. **The Installation Day** The installation team of 6 arrived at 9:00 AM prompt. Every single member of the crew was friendly, polite, and highly knowledgeable. They had a massive task ahead—installing a complex 8kW solar array split across two roofs (7 x 500W Eurener Nexa panels on the South East slope and 9 x 500W panels on the South West slope). **Technical Expertise & Performance** They supplied and installed a full premium Sigenergy system, including a SigenStor EC 8.0SP inverter, a Backup Gateway, and a 20kWh battery storage setup (2 x SigenStor BAT 10.0kWh). The entire stack was neatly and securely mounted inside our garage. The team had to work around our existing, previously installed Pod Point Solo 3 EV charger, integrating it seamlessly into the new network without a single hitch. The performance has been incredible right out of the gate—the split roof array is working beautifully, averaging a fantastic 40kWh of generation per day. It's just a shame Octopus won't start paying us for the export until the final certificates have been officially processed and accepted, but the system itself is flawless. **Neatness & Completion** The workmanship was exceptionally tidy, with minimal intrusion inside the house and the roof space. During the install, a couple of our old roof tiles broke (entirely outside the scope of their work), but the installers didn't hesitate to replace them immediately using our spare stock. They had the entire system active, the site completely cleared away, and everything cleaned up by 15:00. It is incredibly rare to find tradespeople who deliver this level of punctuality, professionalism, and responsiveness from first enquiry to completion. DomElec is an honest, reliable, and highly skilled company from the front office to the roof. If you are looking for a seamless solar or electrical installation, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

  Great company. They handled our solar and battery installation professionally from start to finish Excellent communication, despite a glitch with the panel plan. Everyone is apporachable and respond promptly - from sales to technicals. The roofing expert was also excellent and the quality of the installation impressed another roofer who was doing some repairs on our roof. The only negative was the scaffolders - very difficult to deal with and did not communicate or arrive as arranged (but they are subcontractors). After sales is also good as they help with the grid connection process. So, many thanks to Matty, Nicky, Dale, Roofworks and the team.

  I did a lot of research and spoke with several national and local companies before choosing Domelec for my solar and EV installation—and I’m so glad I did! Their reviews really stood out, and they took the time to make sure everything was suited to my needs and budget. The whole experience has been incredibly smooth and easy from start to finish. From the initial enquiry and quote to the DNO registration and installation, everything was handled brilliantly.   Had solar panels and battery installation 6 months ago. We chose them as they were local to us and that seemed important especially if we needed anything tweaking post installation. Domelec were professional throughout. Staff in the office also very pleasant to communicate with. The installers were careful around our property and left it very tidy. Aftersales relationship also very good. Would highly recommend them.

  Fantastic service from initial enquiry to instillation, we had lots of questions and a few visits before we placed the order which, the staff are knowledgeable and approachable and gave honest answers not trying to upsell any products. From ordering to installing was only a few weeks. The installation team worked quickly and professionally and totally cleaned up afterwards. We are now saving money on our bills which was our priority having hot tub and two EV’s alongside a busy household. Highly recommend DOMELEC🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Would highly recommend DomElec. They were very helpful from start to finish. Less expensive than other quotes we had. No hard sell at all. Installation looks very good and working well. Very quick to respond to any questions we had along the way. All people who came to work on site were very friendly and helpful and took pride in their work. Initially inquired about 10 panels, ended up with 16 panels for a small amount extra and 460w panels, instead of 450w.
