  Brilliant service! Fitted our EV charger, turned up on time, worked hard, explained what they were doing to us, very polite but had a good laugh with the two guys that did it for us. Very reasonable pricing and communication from the office too! Highly recommend!!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

  MCI has been our go-to electrician for the past 20+ years. They've done an outstanding job installing batteries, solar panels, outdoor power points, and Tesla charger. Their team is highly skilled, professional, reliable and always very friendly. What really sets them apart is their exceptional customer service. Recently, we had an issue with our underfloor heating, and Steve came out with short notice. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had it resolved within a few minutes. I highly recommend MCI Electrical for any electrical work you need done in your home.

  MCI Electrical Installations Ltd installed our solar panels, inverter/charger and battery back in March 2023. We got a proposal from a company called IJO Power for a Victron system, JASolar panels and Pylontech batteries. I was concerned about who would install the system but as soon as IJO Power said they had a partnership with MCI, it was a done deal. The combination of a system configured by a PV system consultant and installation by MCI was a winner for us. We contracted directly with MCI for the whole system. It was very competitively priced for a high spec system. I have used Mat and his team previously for a house extension and some minor electrical work. They were extremely professional then and still are. Mat the owner came to view the property and assess where the PV system could be best placed, making some good recommendations and looking at the simplest and least complicated option. Within 6 weeks the team were on site installing the system. The team were very professional, clean and tidy. They took their time to make sure everything was correct. Some of this was down to the fact it was early days for Mat and his team installing PV Systems. I liked the fact that they were selecting the systems they wanted to install and taking their time to understand them. The system was up and running within a few days, bearing in mind it was March, freezing cold and a lot of rain, they did a great job. Mat and team have made a few additional visits to add some more capabilities that I requested after learning more about the system. They have also come back to fix a problem with the EV charger that was not quite working as expected. All fixed and working great. MCI, Mat and team are extremely knowledgable, very professional, a trusted group of people wondering around your house, clean and tidy and they just get on with it. Don't forget to keep giving them tea, coffee and biscuits, they will thank you for it. I would definitely recommend MCI Electrical Installations Ltd, I have used them in the past and will absolutely use them in the future.

  Fantastic company to deal with. We had an old electric shower removed which had exposed a few large cables which needed making safe, a little job really meaning that most electricians I called were either too busy and didn't want the work, or just didn't bother to get back to me at all. So glad I found MCI. The lady that answered my call was super helpful and understanding, she was able to send an electrician out to us within a few days and he arrived as promised. Simon was fantastic, he arrived early, (as he was conscious of us maybe needing to do the school run which was so thoughtful!) Did a brilliant job and then left everything clean and tidy. We couldn't be happier and will definitely be using MCI again.
