  We have been using IB Heating for a number of years, we have our regular annual boiler service with them and have had to call them for a couple of boiler failures which they attended quickly and sorted out the problem. and got us back up and running, always explaining what was needed. Ian and his team are professional and friendly, we would thoroughly recommend IB Heating.

  Just had IB heating replace my 30 year old oil boiler. We are so impressed with the quality workmanship, efficient installation and effort put in by Ian and Tony ensuring that the job was completed in one day. I would recommend IB Heating to everyone needing a new oil boiler replacement these guys are ten out of ten!

  Ian and his team were absolutely brilliant in installing our heat pump - Highly recommend them! The switchover from oil to heat pump took around 5 days, swapping out our old radiators. iB heating were super efficient and minimised the disruption as much as possible. They finished the job to such a high standard, including filling in holes in the wall left from the old system. They removed everything left over from the old system, radiators, including getting rid of the oil tank and boiler. When our oil tank needed replacing, iB Heating walked us through our options. We'd already been looking at an unvented cylinder to improve water pressure in our upstairs bathroom. After discussing it with them, switching to a heat pump made the most sense for both needs. Heat pumps do get a lot of negative press (as with any new technology) however we are very happy with the switch. The house is a great ambient temperature, and the water pressure upstairs is now incredible! Also, the bonus of freeing up space in 2 cupboards and our garden.

  We recently had a new combi oil fired boiler installed and some radiators replaced. I B Heating did a great job they removed the old water tank the wiring that was in the airing cupboard along with the pipes to the old tank leaving the house clean and tidy. Throughly recommended 👍

  I would thoroughly recommend iB Heating. I had a problem with my heat pump.. Ian also came promptly when I explained I had some issues with my hot water and heating. He quickly resolved the problems. Thorough and knowledgeable, Particularly about heat pumps.. Excellent service.

  Ian and his terrific crew have just spent five days with us, during which time they removed our old perished oil tank, drained and capped its supply pipe to an old oil boiler, then removed that and every radiator in the house prior to installing a state of the art new heat pump and new rads. It works wonderfully, and the installation process was as painless as possible. There were up to four of them, all super professional, respectful of us and our property, and very good company. I cannot imagine how the whole process could have run more smoothly, and we are super-happy.

  I would not hesitate in recommending Ian, Tony, and the team, (including office staff). iB Heating are friendly, professional experts, who helped us with our underfloor heating, and installed an air source heat pump system to replace our old gas boiler. Nothing is too much trouble, they really care, and they explain everything, so that we have complete confidence. We are delighted with the air source heat pump. It’s efficient, cost effective, and quiet. Thank you for your reliable service. I would award 10⭐️ if I could.
