  I used NES for a few straightforward jobs, including moving a boiler fused spur. From the day the spur was relocated, the boiler has been stuck on constantly and has never returned to normal operation. NES returned once but were unable to resolve it. A separate engineer later identified the underlying issue, and I incurred additional costs as a result. NES would not accept that their initial work contributed to the problem and declined to offer any form of goodwill gesture — including installing a replacement thermostat (which would have resolved the fault) despite the extra expense I had already incurred. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would advise others to exercise caution when considering NES.

  Fitting a few infrared panels in the house and Jack did a stellar job. Both the thoroughness and neatness of the job and the efficiency with which the job was completed is 5*. Also great support from the office - Sarah has been fantastic in coordinating schedules and ensuring that the work is started and finished on time. Thank you team NES.

  Newbury Electrical Services carried out a major electrical installation at my property to an excellent standard. They now continue to provide me with great service completing electrical safety reports for my insurance company. They are friendly and always happy to help. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

  NES have provided an efficient and professional service on the many occasions I've used them for work in my home and my mums .They have been able to carry out work quickly. Office staff and the electricians are patient, friendly and helpful. I shall continue to use them and I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone else.

  I cant speak to the quality of their work but the quotation they provided was frankly dishonest and aimed at exploiting people who are completely naive. Unnecessary predatory behaviour.

  Sent out a person quickly (it was non urgent but still) sorted through a list of niggling jobs which had been accruing for a while, sorted all the problems, repairs to wiring, new sockets, led batten etc. All very professional, kept informed of what was happening. Very satisfied. Would use again, would recommend.

  From quotation to installation superb neat and tidy service even added to the work on the day and all done with no questions. Would not hesitate to recommend 👍 very good product knowledge too
