  Really strange experience with this company - my partner contacted them about replacing our shower. They came out had a look and said the replacement shower we had brought wouldn't be able to be fitted because it wasn't the correct power rating and also needed additional pipe work so couldn't be done. They charged the call-out fee and that was it. No options no solutions. It was a 8.5kw replacing a 10.5k so would have been absolutely (and is working) fine. The additional pipework consisted of one tile being cut and a couple of small additions to adjust the angle. Took another firm less than 2 hours.

  Great service from my initial conversation with the team about my electrical problem, to booking the call out and having the team member coming to take a look. Mark was very thorough checking all possible causes for about 45mins of an electrical shock from our power shower. He also spotted a small leak from our bath waste pipe, which we now have a plumber coming out to replace this week from SGS. Thank you again.

  Bathroom remodel and electric heaters installed. SGS thank you for an excellent job, Colin did the initial visit and helped to go over the plan and answer all my questions prior to sending me the quote which I thought was very reasonable for the work involved, once I accepted the quote I then had a visit from Brett who was my bathroom fitter to again go over the plan and to check I was happy with the planned works. Brett was excellent, he has done an amazing job with the bathroom, very professional. Mark the plumber was working with Brett for the first few days getting all the pipe work in the correct positions along with Mark the electrician getting all electric to where it needed to be installed safely for both the bathroom and the heaters. Jamie the plasterer did such a great job the plaster felt silky smooth once dry, feels a shame to cover such an excellent finish! I really can’t thank SGS enough for providing such professional staff to carry out the remodel, not forgetting Max the plumber and Lee the electrician who were both on site for final fix. Thanks to everyone for an awesome job with special thanks to Brett and electrician Mark. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask SGS to carry out other projects, I would definitely recommend their work from very professional staff

  I recently had a PIV system installed by SGS and I’m really pleased with both the product and the service. The team were punctual, tidy and explained everything clearly. The installation was completed to a high standard, and the difference in air quality was noticeable very quickly. Excellent service from start to finish – highly recommended.
