3LPS installed our new boiler in 2018 and serviced it every year. Up until now have always been happy with workmanship although yearly service cost increases were above inflation. Contacted today to arrange boiler service and learned they now use a two tier system whereby if you do not pay in advance the cost is higher(they put spin on things saying a discount is offered for advance payment. I have always paid same day as work completed and object to their new system. Have now found alternative WB approved service agent and saved 25% as well.

The advance payment option was introduced as a way of helping us manage scheduling and administration costs more efficiently, allowing us to offer a lower rate to customers who choose that option. It was certainly never intended to penalise long-standing customers who have consistently paid promptly following completion of work. We are naturally disappointed to hear that you have chosen an alternative provider, although we completely respect your decision and appreciate you taking the time to share your views with us. We would like to thank you again for your custom over the past several years and wish you all the best moving forward.

5Had an emergency lots of heating. They came the same day to fix and ordered the part. Took a few days for the part to arrive and get fitted. A few days later the pressure kept dropping in the central heating. Engineer arrived promptly and examined all the work and did some magic and now all working and not one drop off water leaking and no pressure drop. Now they are first on my list if I have plumbing or central heating issues

5Excellent service. My boiler gave up and couldn't be repaired. Less than a week later new boiler installed and all sorted. Fantastic! Thanks to Lisa, Stuart and Riley.

5What a fabulous family business. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none and the guys are hard working, polite and really know their stuff. From the first call to the office to the speedy quote and work undertaken they’ve been absolutely great and any hiccups were rectified asap. We relocated a new oil boiler and had a new water cylinder fitted and outside tap installed. Special thanks to Terry and Ben for being absolute legends when we were without heating and hot water when our original oil boiler broke down and for giving us back a cosy, peaceful and efficient home! Highly recommend!!

5Delighted with the work from LPS - they carried out an external boiler install and water tank replacement project, as well as sorting out some challenges with our oil supply. In our experience they really put the customer first, whether when talking to the office, during the install and with after care - first class all round. Great team work but credit particularly to Ben and Terry - both very knowledgeable and real problem solvers. Highly recommend.

5It's never good news when a boiler breaks down and has to be replaced, but LPS was very supportive through the whole process. From diagnosing the problem, offering advice on options, assisting on the identifying the replacement and payment options, LPS were extremely helpful. On the day of the swap-over the two heating engineers were excellent: on time, did the work efficiently, with no fuss. They gave a really clear briefing on what to do and how to read the boiler once it was fitted and up and running. Very professional, but they were a pleasure to have in the house too. We would fully recommend LPS to anyone.

5I can only give 5 stars for this company, right from the first contact the service has been excellent, full explanations, Survey, and then installation, the install was exceptional, very clean workers who took time to give us everything we needed and did a clean and professional installation, and nothing was to much trouble, everyone says it, but i would for sure highly recommend LPS for any boiler installation, service or plumbing needs. 5*

5Commissioning an Air-conditioning product in my conservatory. Firstly I would like ti thank Mr Craig who gave me sound advice on choosing the right product. The installation were done by two outstanding engineers , Ben and Alfie. They performed their task diligently. The area was thoroughly cleaned after completion. Ben explained the functions of the air-conditioning operations. I was reassured that I could contact LPS for any further advice. The electrical connection was done by a different team. He was equally competent. I have started enjoying the conservatory in the winter with an efficient air conditioning unit that gives out warmth and the electricity consumption is low. I am looking forward to enjoying the conservatory in summer. Thank you LPS team Mr and Mrs Pitteea
