  I had a very poor experience with the external wall insulation work carried out by Work Work Limited. Communication was unprofessional from the beginning and the whole process felt stressful and badly managed. I was repeatedly pressured regarding payments, and the behaviour from management made me uncomfortable. The project took longer than expected, and the quality of the workmanship did not meet the standards I was promised. Several issues were left unresolved and follow-up support was disappointing. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

  Avoid this company at all costs had external wall insulation done of these guys they sent out cowboy builders who have destroyed my property I have damp issues water leaking into the property and the property looks a mess been a year trying to get this sorted but they ain’t sorting nothing. So contractor they sent out was a total cowboy his name is Ionut total disgrace if you want to spent thousands of pounds to fix what these cowboys have to carry on

  My vulnerable parents had a terrible experience with external wall insulation with these contractors, low quality materials, lack of due diligience and incomplete work since 2021! Only to turn up today, unannounced, at my parents property probing for answers, they should've already known. Unprofessional practice. Cannot recommend. 😑

  Promised to install Air sourced heat pump by this company Sales man ' Tariq' -- Date of installation was confirmed 18th Oct. However, No one showed up. Upon calling the company they mentioned that they will not able to supply the heat pump. Very disappointing. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING IN ADVANCE.

  Avoid this company i would not recommend very unprofessional i was accepted for a grant from the government for my loft insulation they walked into my home stayed abit and was told by the boss to leave no explanation as to why i received a call a few days later from the company asking was I happy with the work that was carried out i explained what work they didn't do any work iwas promised a phone call back that was 5 weeks ago still no call back this will be going further please avoid this company

  Had a fantastic experience with Work Work Ltd and Jay Desai. They installed both solar panels and an air source heat pump (ASHP) at my home.
