  Excellent experience with Lee and his team. From the first visit there was no pushy sales talk, just straightforward and honest advice. The solar, battery, and car charger installation was completed to a really high standard and the whole job was neat and tidy. Great communication throughout and everything was explained clearly.   Excellent company, great service and communication. Eastbourne Energy did a great job installing a 20-panel 9kW solar system on my old and tricky roof, and an ESS. The job was not a simple one but they persisted and I am very happy with the results. There were a few issues with the weather hence some slight delays, but this was communicated well. A couple of initial niggles with the battery storage system were soon rectified. I would very much recommend this company, they are timely, honest, communicative and did a high-quality job.

  We recently had solar panels and a battery installed by Eastbourne Energy, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Every member of the team—from the scaffolders to the electricians and fitters—was friendly, professional, and clearly committed to doing a high-quality job. A special mention goes to Lee, whose advice and support throughout the process were truly first class. He took the time to ensure we understood everything and went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best possible solution.   I went with Eastbourne Energy is because they are a family run business who are committed to providing a personal service. Their attention to detail for cable runs etc was exemplary. The whole installation was completed by lunchtime and commissioned that same afternoon. Thank you Eastbourne Energy team!

  I would have no hesitation in recommending Lee and his efficient hard working team. Lee handled everything from the planning application, arranging the scaffolding and booking in the installation (which only took 1.5 days) to the certification and set up with the energy supplier. Lee was really helpful and happy to answer all of our questions, the whole process was seamless.

  If you want solar panels, use Lee and his team. They provided a professional, friendly, tailor-made service. Lee has been extremely helpful and patient with any queries along the way. He deals with all the paperwork and keeps you updated as to the process. From start to finish I felt confident in the installation of the panels, inverter and battery and its registration and am very happy with the result.

  Eastbourne Energy have been amazing. Lee helped us with an issue we have been having with our battery and inverter. After nearly 3 months of it not working and little help from GivEnergy to fix it, Lee sorted it out for us in about an hour. Lee is friendly, clearly knows his stuff and explained everything he was doing so we understood the issue and the solution. The service was quick, we had an appointment within a week of contacting Eastbourne Energy and then a return visit to make the fix. Great service from a local company that cared about the situation we had found ourselves in. Thank you Lee and Eastbourne Energy.

  A BIG thank you to Lee and his team for all their hard work and care taken when installing our solar panel system particularly as ironically the weather wasn’t very helpful 🤣😎 We couldn’t fault the communication with Lee and with the team on site; they answered all our questions fully and nothing was too much trouble. The after care post installation was excellent including sorting out everything was working as efficiently as possible including the set up with our energy provider. We are very pleased we found this company who are true professionals and very competitive. We will definitely have no hesitation recommending Lee and his team to others.
