  I’m writing this review following work that Trustmark Roofing recently carried out on my elderly uncle’s house. My uncle suffers from dementia, and we live a long way from him so it was really important to me that we found a company that was reliable, honest and easy to deal with, James and his team did a smaller job at the property a while ago and I’m very glad we chose Trustmark Roofing then so we reached out again as felt more was going to be needed. From the very beginning their communication was excellent. They kept me informed at every stage of the job and were always happy to answer questions. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, which was very reassuring given the circumstances. What impressed me most was their integrity and transparency. They were completely upfront about the costs and the extent of the work that needed doing, explaining everything clearly so there were no surprises. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that is so straightforward and trustworthy. They also worked incredibly hard to make sure the roof was completed properly and left fully watertight. Even when the weather wasn’t on their side and the light was fading on some days, they kept going to ensure the job was finished to a high standard. Overall I’m extremely satisfied and genuinely impressed with the service from Trustmark Roofing. It’s a huge relief knowing my uncle’s home is now safe and secure, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.

  We got Trustmark in to repair a gutter properly ( we'd suffered three years of bodgers coming round and attempting to fix it with sealant only for it to fail after a few weeks each time ) and the gutter job was completed to a good standard and very quickly. In addition, they picked up on the fact that the lower section of the roof batons was completely rotten with all the felt collapsed, necessitating an emergency repair. The scaffolding went up very quickly, the next day, and the roofer battled dawn to dusk to get the job done in-between days of torrential rain. They also repaired the end gables where the cement was falling down in chunks, and in fact as well as renewing the cement they 'capped' it was well using a modular UPVC system. They also spotted the apex tiles were mismatched, contributing to the deterioration, and replaced these as well. Cleared up well. Very happy, would recommend.

  Mark came and fitted gutterin which had come down in strong winds. With rain due he was here in an hour and fixed the glitter for me. He refused to let me pay for it

  I recently had Trustmark Roofing carry out some gable and valley work on my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team were professional, reliable, and clearly knew their trade inside out. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. It’s not always easy finding a roofing company you can trust, but Trustmark Roofing have absolutely lived up to their name. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done — a five-star service all round.
