BEWARE THE HARD SELL. I got a quote for 2 windows and a door. Initial quote was £7,700 then £6,500 with "scrappage scheme discount" (I was later informed this doesn't exist). I advised this was too high so eventually got it down to £4,160 plus £299 admin fee but only if I agreed for my windows to be used for marketing and I gave a review for both the initial visit then post fitting. I then had to make a decision in 48hrs. I got someone else out, who for the exact same products gave me an initial quote of £3,160. No admin fee, no haggling, no schemes, no conditions, same quality and same warranty.

Amazing job by Sandy, came in here with none of the usual sales nonsense. Treated me as an adult, got what I needed and told the hard truth without trying to sugar coat it.

Had a lovely visit from Eddie, who explained everything in detail and helped us chose the windows we wanted. Never felt pressured to make an order and helped us get a good price. Very professional and thoroughly enjoyed his chat, also he made us feel as if he was a friend visiting and not a salesman. Would highly recommend him and the company so far.

Gent who visited the house and gave the quote was a star explained everything thoroughly and price wasn’t as high as others so thought I’d go for it. Was told before Christmas that windows would not be installed beforehand to then be harassed as wanted to install them now. Told them this wasn’t possible as my roof had developed a leak and was coming in via windows so could not fit windows. Still insisted on windows being fitted asap even though I had previously been told that they can hold them for 6 months. Still called every week to ask. Also, why would a company want to fit their product into an already damaged area - explain that for me? Roof gets sorted, windows get booked in to be done. Given next to no information on what was going to happen when the fitters arrived. Was told they would be at my property for 10am and arrived at 8:30am. Did not have time to completely clear all areas before they arrived so they said they would do this due to miscommunication. Discussed with the team leader about the boards I had fitted above windows for previous fixtures and wether or not they would remove these. I advised that if the new windows were going to be the same width and length then to just leave but if they needed to make the frames bigger, to just remove them. They done neither of these things and fit the new frames shorter on the top to accommodate the boards and wider at the sides so the fit did not line up? Like seriously? Work was ‘finished’ in two days. Day 1 - not much got done and day 2 was clearly a rush. Never told me that they’d even finished as I’m sat in one of the rooms wrangling two confused house pets (cat and dog). Hears them chatting to the manager that had arrived to collect the money and told him that they’d told me they’d finished? So I’m trying to check over 8 windows and a door while I’ve got these guys asking me questions at the same time. I take 20 mins to check over, pointing out some issues I can see and they advise that it’s fine and to call back if the issues persist. I pay the cash and usher them all out my house to regain an ounce of sanity back. So I’m looking round my house at my new windows that I’ve just spent £8,500 of my hard earned cash on. They’ve not sealed them in properly, can see cut board on sills and underside of most windows has either been missed or been a rush job. They’ve left all the boards on the windows bar two in the livingroom that I had already advised to remove prior to the rest of the discussion explained above. The back door that’s been fitted does not match that from the brochure. Nor have they taken the frame for it to the floor. Nope - they’ve left the skirting sticking out in front of the new frame? Have dropped frame sealant on the cistern of toilet that I am still unable to get off. There are chips out of my paint work upstairs. Sealant stuck to the kitchen floor. There are chips out of a framed piece of artwork upstairs where they’ve clearly tried to remove the window without taking it off the wall after telling me they would do this for me? To top it all off is that I’ve had them back out to fix these issues. They’ve came and resealed the windows and made a pigsty of it that I had to go round at the back of them myself and even out the sealant and remove excess. The window with water on the sill had to be fixed. Another upstairs window is whistling as there is a draft at the bottom bracket. Explained it looked squint but no, there’s nothing wrong. They’ve looked at it, fixed it, and it’s still doing the same thing… I asked them to remove the boards from above the windows as previously asked and got huffed at from a grown man. Explained about the damaged paintwork and artwork and was told that as they’d removed the boards as a ‘courtesy’ that I should basically think twice about raising it. Honestly, just don’t bother. Have asked them to come out and fix drafty window and this was over two weeks ago.
