  After receiving a recommendation about Revilo Developments, we obtained a quotation for the removal of an old conservatory and the new construction of a single storey rear extension with bi-fold doors. From the initial meeting until the completion of this project, everything has run very smoothly. Darren produced a detailed and fair quotation, and has worked to the original budget set, apart from a few tweaks that we have made during the project which he has been more happy to accommodate for us. The project has run extremely smoothly on site and Paul and the team have worked tirelessly to deliver an exceptional quality build. The different contractors and trades have been coordinated to come to site in a timely manner to keep the project running efficiently. We are super happy with the end result. The quality of materials used, the matching of the new brickwork to the existing structure (which is more than one hundred years old), the quality of the carpentry and plastering (just to mention a few aspects of the build) have been exceptional. Everyone who visits our house remarks how impressive the new construction is. This project has been as stress free as a build could be, so we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommendation Revilo Developments to anyone considering a building project.   We used Revillo to build an extension at the rear of our property this spring. Whilst not being the cheapest quote, we chose Revillo because they gave us the greatest confidence that they would produce good quality workmanship. We have been very pleased with the Revillo team who turned up each morning before 8am and worked until 5pm unless the weather impeded work. They were incredibly tidy and polite addressing any issues and questions as required. Revillo produced a full, itemised contract and schedule of works so they we understood when payment was due at each stage and exactly what was included. The work was completed on time and any additional work we requested was fully priced prior to the work being done which gave us confidence that there would be no unexpected increase in the costs. We would happily use Revillo again.

  We had a few quotes done originally but right from the first visit Darren was our preferred choice and what a great choice it turned out to be. Having the work done was a huge decision for us and the Revilo team have been fantastic from start to finish. From the difficult groundworks in torrential rain to making sure all the snagging was done to our satisfaction no matter how small and everything in between. Knowledgeable, friendly and nothing has been too much trouble for any of the team lead superbly on site by Paul and going out of their way to ensure we’ve not been inconvenienced by them at any point. The end product is absolutely fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Darren, Paul and the all the lads who have helped turn our initial idea into a perfect reality.

  I got lucky finding Revilo developments, they weren’t my first choice but with hindsight and the finished product they where my best choice. From my first meeting with Darren I knew that he wanted to see my project through to my aspirations rather than knocking something up for a profit. It took a few meetings to hammer out the detail but on Day 1 he turned up and protected the site so that whatever machinery, deliveries etc wouldn’t impact on the house and groundworks we had already done. Luckily over the 3 months they where on site the weather was on our side so the works stayed on course but in fairness that was more down to the effort the team head up by Paul put in on site. You will have seen the work we had done through the Revilo Instagram pages, the house took a massive beating and living in those moments without heating in Jan & Feb was difficult but seeing the progress and the quality being delivered by the team with the way they conducted themselves made it OK as you could see the project coming together. The finished article is amazing and without hesitation I would bring Darren and the team back in again or recommend them to my best friend. Great job, well done, delivered with attention to detail you could only wish for in the beginning. Thanks Darren, Paul and the guys, loving the new space we created and you built for us.

  We used Revilo Developments for an extension to the rear of our home and to re landscape our garden. To say we are delighted with the finished product is a huge understatement. Darren has managed the project to perfection and we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Every detail we asked for has been done to perfection. The whole Revilo team are all friendly, hardworking and reliable. They really are the best in the business. Jobs like this aren’t without their ups and downs, but any queries I had, were dealt with honesty and understanding, which is a huge positive for me. When I was told something was happening on a certain date, it happened. There were no excuses. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Darren and the team at Revilo. They really have transformed our living space, and even now the job is done, Darren has gone above and beyond to make sure the little things, and even the things that weren’t on his list to do, are done.   I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Darren Clawson looked after us all the way through our development project from planning through to completion (annexe conversion / extension / garage conversion). Absolute professional and totally relatable at all times. His guidance and assistance (even on the smaller stuff) was priceless. As for the team working for him, well they are all stars also....friendly and polite at all times and ensured a great job was delivered. Certainly will be using Revilo Development again.

  We used Revilo to build a new exterior extension to the rear with a skylight and bifold doors. Darren has made the whole experience very easy and helped us throughout! I could not recommended them more and already have done to many of my family and friends. Thank you so much for everything!

  From the outset, Darren took on the responsibility of every aspect of our extension and took all of the stress out of it for us. He went out of his way to minimise the disruption on our ability to live through what can be a challenging time which was a huge positive for us. The quality of the work is excellent and the whole team worked really hard to ensure that everything was delivered on time. No matter what the weather, the team were always there. The fact that everyone drank coffee two sugars made the coffee break easy too! We have no hesitation in recommending Darren and the Revilo team.
