  These guys are great. Renew East helped us improve the efficiency of a poorly installed heat pump system. The team were friendly, polite and really knowledgeable. We were never made to feel like we couldn’t ask questions and the guys really listened to what we wanted. I have no worries whatsoever that we will receive anything less than outstanding after sales support and I feel like we have found a team we can really trust. Highly recommended!

  Luke and the team were so good, so fast to respond. Our heating crashed out during the cold snap. The guys at Renew East sourced an Air Source Heat Pump and installed in record time. They fitted us in during a very busy period for them. Polite, knowledgeable and they tidy up after themselves too! Thank you guys.

  I contacted Renew East to replace an existing system that was failing in colder weather. They conducted a site survey and turned a quote around very efficiently. The property is a Bed and Breakfast and so we needed to get the replacement fitted in a fairly tight timescale and this was achieved, on time and on budget. Very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend if you need an Air Source Heat Pump fitted. Friendly, good communication and professional.

  Kev, Luke, and team have provided me with an efficient, speedy, and affordable service whilst navigating a challenging personal scenario. Due to my old split system heat pump deciding to break down 2 weeks before exchanging on the sale of my property, I rang Renew East for a quote and to see whether they could schedule in the fitting of a new system in this short window. They were on site that same day surveying the job at hand, and I received a quote that same evening. They managed to get the work completed the following week - a not so very straight forward job involving lifting floorboards and other invasive work to the home. However they left on Friday as if they hadn’t even been here - everything put back in place without a trace of evidence of the invasive work being carried out, leaving a state-of-art, brand new Samsung system that looks smart, behind. They have also been fantastic in re-assuring my buyer that the work was necessary and that they are on hand if they have any problems once they move in. Above and beyond service. Couldn’t rate Kev, Luke and the team higher. I definitely recommend Renew East! 5 stars!

  Renew East supplied and installed my new Vailant heat pump system .They made the install hassle free and sorted everything out including the grant.Luke and guys fitted the plant room out to a very high standard and looks very professional .Kevin done all the calculations for my underfloor heating and cast radiators enabling me to purchase in advance.

  I had a fantastic experience with from Renew-East when they serviced my air source heat pump. My system is quite complicated, but they took the time to thoroughly inspect it and fine-tune the controls. Thanks to their expertise, it's now running more efficiently and costing me less to operate! Beyond their technical skills, they were also really lovely guys—friendly, professional, and happy to explain everything clearly.   We had been having problems with our heating for 2 plus years and couldn't get it sorted, we were introduced to Luke at 'Renew East' and asked if he would look at it for us, thank god we did. They came out, it did take 3/4 days to put things right, and they did it, its only been a few days since they were here but everything is running 10 times better than before. Price wise very reasonable.

  Renew East are knowledgeable and professional. Had them to service our air source heat pump and heating. They did an excellent job and really listened to me explain the problems I was having with the system. This is a new house and the original installers made a couple of errors, which thankfully Renew East managed to troubleshoot. This has given me so much more confidence in the heating system and it is now working perfectly. I highly recommend Renew East - they know what they are doing and their customer service is excellent.
