  The young engineer arrived spot on time and introduce himself. He was quick and efficient. Excellent support and direction, giving straight forward advice. I would strongly recommend James Frew for service in excellence. Pat.

  Once again no show from the engineer to service the 2 boilers and no apology or update from Frews. Their service has gone downhill in the last 2/3 years. Using O’Neils now.

  A more accurate appointment time would be beneficial as pm ment someone missed work all afternoon. And the engineer arrived after 6pm! I lost half a day pay unnecessarily. It can’t be that hard to plan a safety check 30-40 min split over so many hours.
