  I’ve been trying for several weeks to obtain the warranty details for the air conditioning unit this company installed for me. On phoning them, I was told there are conditions attached to the warranty, including annual servicing requirements. None of this was made clear before the purchase. A few days ago the aircon stopped working during the night. Although it started working again after being switched off and restarted, I contacted the company to request that it be checked. I was then told I would have to pay for an engineer to visit. I find this unacceptable for a unit that is only a couple of months old. Clear warranty terms and better after-sales support should have been provided from the start.

  High quality work, solid project management, nice lads who put up with a lot of dumb questions and pestering from me. And the icing on the cake is all the paperwork and aftercare. If you want confidence and low stress I highly recommend 4 Way. We had a Solar array with battery and EV charger installed.

  Very impressed with the prompt and professional service. Had an EV charger installed. Installation engineers were polite and clear on operating procedures. Would highly recommend.

  I am truly impressed with the Team from 4 Way Group from Solar design and a complete understanding of my needs, they did not try to upsell but were confident in their knowledge of what system I needed to achieve my goals. The installing team were polite and got on quickly with the job. Everything was explained and they are there for follow up questions. I would highly recommend them to deaL with. They are very competitive in their pricing in my case far cheaper than Octopus and the local council scheme. My advice give them a call they know what their talking about.

  We used 4 Way for our Solar panels and battery because of how professional and easy they was to deal with not only that there workmanship is so neat and tidy and thought out really well excellent communication from the office to the workman and everything went like clockwork I would definitely use 4 way again.Thank you guys for everything you have done 👍.

  4Way were recommended to me buy a friend. My initial appointment was actioned quickly and the survey by jack Major was professional and informative. As promised, the quote arrived promptly and, bearing in mind that I had two other quotes, I thought that the price for the solar products and service was extremely reasonable. Once accepted, there was little delay in everything being actioned. When it came to the installation, I knew exactly when events were taking place, and the high level of communication continued. James took the lead on the install and again was first class in his approach of explaining things and executing the job. Everything was left neat and the whole process was seamless. A few days after install, everything is running smoothly and I have become addicted to looking at the app and watching everything work! A massive thanks to the whole team.

  Pricey. I had requested a quote to fix some issues regarding my solar panel. They asked £68 + vat just to have a look at the panels. But they billed me £122.80 after an "engineer" spent less than an hour just looking at the readings and parameters (plus his phone). Now I'm waiting for the actual quote to fix it. When queried, they said they have to add travel, administrative and office time to the original call out quote! Many companies do this for free.

  4 Way Group recently installed a solar energy system (panels and battery storage) at my home. The whole process was pressure-free, communicated clearly and efficiently carried out - from initial contact with Jack who was very knowlegeable and understanding of my requirements, through to the recommended system proposal design, arrival of the excellent installation team led by James, completion of the works, explanation of the software to monitor/adjust the system and provision of all the necessary documentation. The price was also competitive. Highly recommended.

  The team arrived on time and managed to finish the work earlier than forecast - which was very pleasing. They were on time each day, kept the site tidy, clearing up after themselves, treating our home as a home and not just a worksite. The work was completed neatly and a full explanation given as to how to use the app. The solar panels, batteries and other peripheries have been working fine since. No complaints and very satisfied.
