5Whilst attempting to disconnect an old washing machine from a very small recess, the isolating tap was damaged and began to leak. The only means of stemming the flow was by the outdoor meter and I was unable to remedy. A call to Portsdean availed a plumber within 20 minutes; he was called off another job. He persevered with the tap adjacent to the meter and, once the leak had stopped, swiftly fitted a blocking cap. Fred was polite, efficient and effective; he even helped me move the machine out of the recess and into the boot of my car. I found him to be a perfect representative for his employer and would readily have him attend to any other plumbing matter. In summary, an excellent service.

5As my husband is in the palliative stage of his dementia, waking up to no heating or hot water was bad news this morning. Knowing Ian and his team could be depended on to sort it out, was why I didn't have to panic & gives me peace of mind. Within an hour of my phone call, Mark arrived with a friendly smile and fixed the problem. Professional service as always thank you.

1The technician spent 10 minutes in our house carrying out the boiler service. He said the boiler was working fine and then left. He didn’t drain the system or check any individual radiator. We didn’t even receive a certificate or inspection report. The technician didn’t give any detail and seemed very anti social. Just a very strange and odd service. We were expecting a much more thorough service. Sadly won’t use again.

5The engineers from Portsdean worked with me over the summer in 2024. I purchased an apartment in the Portsmouth area where i discovered numerous leaks and problems. The engineers from Portsdean, Mark, Kieron and Riley all worked extremely hard to fix leaks and re route plumbing. They also sorted out my central heating system and made it functional again. An excellent company headed up by Ian, the owner, who goes out of his way to ensure the customer receives a first class service.

5I have had great service from portsdean technical. They have seen me through issues with my central heating my bathroom plumbing and my kitchen. Ian, the manager, leads his team well and service from his team Mark, kieran and Riley have all been excellent. All very knowledgeable and carful in all they do. His on the field team is well supported from the office by Joy and Mandy. A first class service. One I highly recommend. Tony

1i have previously had this company service and advise regarding my boiker. exceptionally. however this year i have had a bad experience with the service advice and office staff memberbeing rude . It is such a shame as always been a brilliant company
