  We got a new boiler and radiators put in to our house by Ross and his team Andrew & Grant efficent reliable honest friendly very tidy nothing is a bother to them highly recommend them to my friends and neighbours

  Fantastic service provided this am by Ross McKenzie Ltd Heating & Renewables and peace of mind my Daikin Hybrid Heat Source pump and hot water cylinder are good for another year. Visiting engineer (Andrew) more than accommodating, detailing the requirement of the service and how the system worked. Great aftercare in addition, with full breakdown of service (Jobsheet), pics and certs provided on their Job Portal for future reference. A+ Service. Many thanks:)

  Install of new regulators - fantastic job, done with a lot of care and attention to detail; underfloor has never worked so well since installing these clever devices! 200 years old house is toasty like never before, despite the horrendous ice outside! Thanks Fellas!

  My central heating boiler broke down still under warranty. I didn't get any help from the manufacturer so I contacted Ross. He was straight onto it. I asked him to quote me for a new boiler which he did straight away. Within days the new boiler was here and Ross and his team installed it. It's brilliant! My house is warm and cosy after over a week without heating or hot water. Very knowledgable, efficient and reliable. I knew he was extremely busy but he really put himself out to help me in what was a very unpleasant situation. I have used this company for many years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very professional and courteous I can't recommend them highly enough. 10 stars !!!!

  I would highly recommend Ross to anyone who requires a boiler expert. Great communication, very polite, and most importantly, professional. Ross diagnosed the problem almost instantly and managed to fix the issue immediately.
