  Nathan from Harlech came to repair our oven fan. We are tenants so have no say over who undertakes any repairs and it can be hit and miss, but I am happy to recommend this company without hesitation! Whether dealing with boss David via WhatsApp or Nathan in person, both were polite, professional and friendly. Messages were responded to promptly by David, who was very courteous and apologetic when there was a delay. Nathan was obviously well experienced, and when the job didn't go to plan due to the age of the oven, there was no panic, just prompt communication with David and a quick solution found. Nathan kept me informed throughout, resolved the issue quickly and then made sure any rubbish was taken to his van and not left on site. Very refreshing approach. Would happily recommend!

  Harlech completed a full installation with solar panels, air source heat pumps and battery storage. All was completed quickly and efficiently. There were a few minor snags that came to light after the installation, but with a lot of work and retrofitting in combination with some older heating elements that was probably to be expected. In all I would say a good service and a genuine four stars for the work, communications and aftercare.

  Complete shambles and lots of damage to our property and don't reply to emails They promised us they would repair all damage made by the workers but stopped all contact with us. Workmanship appalling.

  Harlech electrical services have recently completed installing an air flow heat system and solar panels to my property. I have two words to describe the entire process and that is Utterly Amazing. The guys who fitted the system were efficient, professional and very polite. Jemma and Paul who arranged the work were always at hand to deal with any concerns which they did immediately. I can only thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You’ve made my home warm and cost effective. Thank You 😁👍🙏
