    After many visits from other heating engineers the service engineer that came today was superb He was considerate and kind and showed professionalism in resolving the problem He kept me informed as he could see I was anxious to get the problem solved and understand my Daikin air sourced heat pump On such a hot day he was extremely considerate despite the heat From talking to Jess on the phone to the engineer finishing the job I can highly recommend and would not use Daikin as £100 more expensive on just the call out charge and customer service was awful Thank you

    We were recommended Prestantia as they are a company with multiple plumbers who could come in and get our heating system replaced quickly before the winter. For a few days we had a pit of contact, but as soon as we paid £500 for the heat survey the contact stopped, I had to chase for the survey to be arranged and then when we asked for the design to be changed it was responded to as if we were being unreasonable. We were not told the design is done out of house, therefore everything takes a while and no one comes to talk to you about wha you'd like, so instead you are presented with a standard design which is only altered according to the size of rooms and windows. Emails took upto 6 weeks to be responded to and during this time our heating broke. We were only given a price for a work 3 days before it was due to begin but by this stage we were too cold and too far into the process to start again with another company. Finally 6 months after contacting the company, the work began. We had initially been told it would be a 2-3 week job, then 5 weeks due to staff availability but it ended up being 8 weeks. The plumbers are brilliant and care about the work they are doing, but beyond that the company seem fairly incompetent and like the customer is a problem when they ask a question or query anything. Probably fine for a boiler service or even replacement, but I wouldn't recommend them for anything more complicated.

    We have used Prestantia for years. They have serviced our boiler over the years, relocated our boiler from our bathroom to our loft and we have also used them to repair a shower as the water was not hot enough. Always reliable and trustworthy and would not hesitate to recommend.

    Fantastic, reliable company, used for many years now, to install and service 5 boilers at different locations. Staff are always polite, on time, friendly and honest, You will not get a better service anywhere else.

    Very happy with our work just before Christmas. They identified why it was cooler upstairs with certain issues in a few radiators and replumbed previous poor workmen ship. What a difference it has made. Very clean, tidy and thorough throughout. Would def recommend thankyou

    This Outfit has cost me hundreds of pounds to rectify the faulty work thay have done. They do not know what they are doing, after an on site survey I had to get the Manufacturer to highlight what they had missed... at additional expense. Their Incorrect settings have cost me hundreds of extra pounds, and could of caused a fire in my house,they try and hide behind their small print to avoid any liability. They take weeks to respond to any rectification call out. AVOID THIS SORRY OUTFIT!

    We take all feedback seriously, but this review does not reflect the facts of the work we carried out. We did not install the original system – we were engaged to assist with issues arising from a poor installation carried out by others. The customer later experienced high electricity bills after making their own alterations to the system settings. They are now seeking for us to cover those costs, which we cannot be responsible for. The fault they refer to is a manufacturer issue that was covered under warranty. We advised them to contact the manufacturer directly — which would have been free of charge — but instead, they chose to hire a third-party company, who ultimately advised them the same as we did. Our records confirm that we attended on every occasion requested, and at the time the customer left us a 5-star review for our service. We stand by the professionalism, quality, and safety of our work at all times

    Prestantia stepped in at short notice after we were let down by another company, helping to keep our build project on track. Their communication from initial contact to completion was excellent, and Jordon, who carried out the work, did a fantastic job.     I would highly recommend Prestantia. The whole team have been a pleasure to deal with. I have an old solar thermal system that can supply all of my hot water needs during the summer. I've had a frustrating and costly succession of untrustworthy service companies out in recent years that have left me with a hole in my pocket and, as it transpires, a poorly maintained system which recently stopped working altogether. Prestantia literally came to the rescue. Once the appropriate parts had been identified and ordered the very polite and knowledgeable service engineers competently repaired the system keeping me fully informed. They also advised any potential follow up work. I now have a system that is working better than it has in years. And due to the exceptional weather a constant supply of solar heated water.
