1Absolutely useless trying to get anyone to talk to you,must have phoned and left a message a dozen times in a fortnight,we have no heating and my husband is 87,I am 78.We took out a service with them last August and they are ignoring us completely.At the end of our tether as no other installers will give a plan if they did not install.Going to Citizens advice now to see if they can help!

5Future Heat installed our solar panels and heat pump and we’re very pleased with the result, it works brilliantly and they were a cracking bunch of lads — knowledgeable, friendly, considerate, clean and tidy. Recommended!

5My experience with Future Heat was very positive . Their survey was very thorough , their quotation was detailed and competitive and they started work soon after I place an order . The work was carried out over the course of only 3 days and to a very high standard . Their Engineers were very helpful in answering my queries during installation and afterwards . A First Class company .

5I had been without heating for over 7 days when Lee came to fix my heat pump last night .He arrived at 8.30pm after a long day at work.Lee was friendly professional and explained to me what the problem was.I am now very relieved to have heating!! Very happy with the service I received you are a credit to your company thank you!

1Aftercare is beyond a joke. System was fitted in March and over the last two weeks, my mum has no heating downstairs and today has woken up with no hot water. Calls after calls and all she gets is "someone will call you back" and "you are a priority" - it would actually help if any of you had any understanding of these systems before you proceed to fit them. As per another review, they sent some small heaters, which I think they assume will keep you quiet for a while, definitely not. This company knows there is a vulnerable adult in the property and today there is also no water so what are you prepared to do about it today as a priority because i will be escalating this higher.

5I cannot sing this company’s praises enough! Their service has been exceptional from start to finish. I would particularly like to thank Gary who went out of his way to ensure that the engineers attended quickly to help us and to Lee and Yusha who attended and worked tirelessly into the evening to ensure that we were left with a fully working system. They showed absolute professionalism, made the disabled occupant of the company feel completely comfortable and took time to engage with us and ensure that we were happy. I have completely confidence is this company and absolutely recommend them to everything. Thank you so much again.

1If i could give it no stars i would .Worst company I have ever delt with fitted.heat if pump system came back as they forgot to fit a part in the heat pump damage front panel and now saying they won't replace front panel i have to go to panasonic and pay for a front panel myself i would say stay away from this company.
