  I don't recomand. I have a problem with the system they installed and can't get hold of them for over 4 months now.

We take customer support seriously and would never leave a client without assistance. If you’re having trouble getting support from the company who installed your system, we’re more than happy to come out to your home for a free system review to help diagnose any faults you’re having.   Encom supplied and fitted my Anderson Quartz EV charger and the service was excellent. I dealt with Max, who listened to what I wanted, clearly explained my options, and communicated brilliantly throughout. Super responsive and quick turnaround. Highly recommend.

  It has been very easy to communicate with Encom and they have guided me through the entire process from consultation to fitting of the solar panels and post installation procedures so smoothly. Neill has been in touch from day 1 at any moment you need a helping hand or should you have any doubt. He has also guided us through the whole process and has been amazing along with his entire team. It has been 6 months since the panels have been fitted and we had the summer virtually free with no electricity bills with the panels installed and got paid back for the excess which was great. 6 months in, I would highly recommend Encom to whoever is thinking about using them, they are validated have the right team behind them and know what they are doing.

  I thought long and hard before opting for solar panels. After a large amount of research and several visits by various companies I opted for Encom. From the first point of contact to completion all I can say is that the service and customer care was 5*. Support (if needed) after initial installation is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. If you are considering solar panels with supporting batteries you “can’t go wrong with Encom” ( that has a nice jingle feel 😄).

  Very happy to recommend Encom. We had a few companies to quote but Neil was by far and away the best to communicate with us, understood what we wanted, was happy to explain everything, and go into great detail when requested by my husband! The process went smoothly and on time, as programmed as part of building work we were getting done. And now it's in we are, as predicted, a little bit obsessed with our app and the weather and scheduling our electricity use to make the most of the sunshine! Delighted.

  I strongly recommend working with Anna and her entire team at Enron Energy. They explained in really simple terms our ‘payback model’ and they were 100% right - 2years on and we are saving a huge percentage off our energy bills. And it’s a great feeling knowing we are reducing our own carbon footprint whilst also making long term cost savings
