  I contacted 7 potential solar energy equipment providers and EE Renewables was by far the best in terms of all round help, support and price. Their fitters were polite and very proficient completing the installation in a single day (16 panels, inverter and battery). I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience dealing with them.

  Would have to be 5 stars as I cannot fault the service I received from start to finish. The initial telephone calls and follow up emails were courteous and informative and explained the whole process. The installation engineers arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were professional and experienced and kept me informed the whole time. The product is of a high spec and has been fitted to a high standard. Overall great service from a great company

  Doug popped back today to refit my solar panels, and check my system. He was pleasant and courteous, as well as being professional in his approach to the task. I have used the company several times over the years, and have never been disappointed.

  We are extremely satisfied with the installation of the solar panels from the start of the whole process. From the salesman, the engineers, the office staff and office dog. He didn't just sell me panels; he walked me through the physics of wind uplift and snow loads, proving that my roof wasn't going anywhere—even in a blizzard. No pushy sales, just pure expertise. The Brawn (and the Bakery): The installation team was a whirlwind of efficiency. They arrived on the dot, tucked the cables away so neatly you’d think they were invisible, and tidied up better than I do. However, I must give a special shout-out to their Olympic-level cake-eating abilities. If you want a top-tier solar system, EE Renewables is the answer. If you want to clear out your pantry of baked goods, they are also the answer. The Magic: The aftercare is where they really flexed. When I had a post-install question, the office team used their remote-access wizardry to check my system and give me an answer in minutes. No 'hold' music, no robots—just real people who know their stuff. I’m now officially off the grid and powered by the sun. An award-winning, 5-star experience from a local team that actually cares.   We have just had a young man by the name of Doug come to fix our solar panels. He was absolutely brilliant in detecting the fault and putting it right. He went beyond by fitting some netting we had bought around the panels to stop the pigeons which has done so much damage over the years. Thank you so much for being so speedy in sorting out our problems.

  Despite a few issues with roof access the whole process was very professional and EE Renewables were great at responding to any queries

  EE Renewables eventually delivered a neat and effective implementation, although there were some issues beyond their control along the way. The roof panels were installed on the scheduled day, but the electrician was unable to attend due to sickness. This was rescheduled the following week. There were two issues: the original battery failed, and the panels installed on the flat roof were incorrectly set up. The electrician returned to replace the battery, and the technical director and sales rep inspected the flat roof set up and corrected it. Once these issues were resolved the paperwork to set up an export tariff was done in two weeks. Overall I’m very happy because I now being paid for using electricity.
