  Shane came to look at a problem with my boiler when no one else wanted to, which I really appreciated. He confirmed the issue and gave me my options without any pressure. He was honest, knowledgeable and professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to give him a call should I need to make use of his services in the future.

  Shane did a lot of work for us in our new home, removing all piping and radiators across an entire floor while we had damp works done, and then reinstalling everything as soon as it was safe to. He did a really great job and worked long hours to make sure our heating was back on for us in the cold weather, taught us some useful tips as new homeowners, and was great with our children too (who were very interested in what he was doing!) Our new copper pipes are looking fab. We reccomend him and will use him again in the future.

  Shane's done a few jobs for us now and has come through every time with fantastic work. He's knowledgeable, diligent and neat, and also very honest in his advice. I highly recommend his services (but also almost want to gatekeep him because of how good a plumber he is 😄).

  Shane was recommended to me and at first seemed more than happy to assist. On his first visit he caused £300 of damage to the bath (although in fairness recompensed for this damage). As time wore on he became much more difficult to contact and to date I am still waiting for a radiator to be fitted at the agreed height. Hopefully this will be moved in the next couple of weeks although I do feel that Shane’s workload gets the better of him.

  Shane is highly recommended. He's efficient, trustworthy, good at what he does and honest - he's really open about everything, which is exactly what you want when you know nothing about plumbing and boilers and have to trust folk like him to do jobs that are often really expensive. Best of all, he has empathy - on a job with us he showed that he genuinely cares about the people he looks after and doing a good job. He has pride in what he does. Shane was recommended to me many years ago. I'm happy to recommend him to you.

  I was so so happy with shane we had a emergency boiler break down shane came that day repaired on the same day . I would recommend shane 100% trust worthy, professional and very fairly priced thanks shane so much

  Can't thank Shane enough for the job he made of fitting our new boiler and upright radiators . He turns up early and does a full days work while being very friendly and professional at all times . While carrying out our installation he found another problem which he pointed out to me and also came up with an action plan to solve it . Which is to be done in the near future . I would not hesitate to recommend this young man to anyone . Top job
