  Pete came over to service my air source heat pump. Even though his price was cheap (£125), he was professional and really knew his stuff. I had several questions about how to run my heat pump in the most efficient way. What I particularly liked about him was that he was able to describe the technical stuff to me in language that I could fully understand.

  Peter, it’s very busy but fitted us in and carried out the work and when shot. He rushes around up and down the stairs and completed the work to our satisfaction. We recommend him, we have used him before, and would again if the need arises. But we hope this isn’t too soon!

  Without help and vulnerable , mid evening and toilet blocked. Many calls to many plumbers with nothing. Hooten Plumbing came right away. Sorted problem, left it clean, checked I was ok. Reasonable charge. Great service

  Pete helped me out, responded quickly and found me a replacement tap, fitted it, all within the strict time limit I had. He was very professional, tidy and completed the job diligently. Would highly recommend him.
