  We have just had our new solar & battery system installed & set up by Electrify Wales. From start to finish the whole process has been very professionally managed, from my first conversation with Chris, to when the fitting was finished & connected up. Cameron, Dan, & others working with them did an excellent job, turning up exactly when arranged, working hard throughout, taking care with everything & consulting with me along the way. If you are looking for Solar panels and / or battery storage I would highly recommend them.

  What a fantastic company. From first initial contact to installation the company has been first class. Communication throughout is brilliant, from Chris in the office to Cam and the team in the field. Personal service and customer care is a particular strength of the company. All staff were polite and courteous. Cam came out and discussed various options that could meet our individual needs. No pressure sales just honest, clear and open suggestions and options. All options are fully explained in lay mans terms that you can understand and are fully costed so you know exactly what is covered and what the cost is. Clear quotes and invoicing are provided, no hidden costs, no extras. Their quote was very competitive and demonstrated good value for money. The company is reliable and punctual. Once the work is booked in they come when they say they are going to come and turn up on time. Their workmanship is second to none. They work competently, professionally and efficiently. They finished the job ahead of schedule, they even cleaned up and hoovered (you would never know the workman had been there). Before leaving they fully demonstrated the system, they installed the app on my phone and made sure they were working and that we understood it. All the certificates were received promptly after completion of the work. It is so refreshing to come across a company like Electrify Wales. I cannot praise them highly enough. I would definately recommend them to anyone considering installing a solar panel / battery system. Great job. Thank you Chris, Cam and team.

  First class installation throughout on 14th July 2025 Well pleased with this battery upgrade to an existing solar installation which has been performing for last the two months months as promised. Engineers pleasant and accommodating. Chris in the office is excellent with all the procedures required to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Many thanks to you all and wish you continued success.   The team at EW helped me out with an already installed solar PV system. The array had two faulty optimizers and had not been setup correctly when originally installed by a different company. EW got replacement parts under warranty and properly configured the system so I can monitor through the app, and have full generation capability. EW were incredibly helpful on an installation that was not their own. I’ll be using them in the future for any new installations and highly recommend to others.

  Electrify Wales installed our solar panels and battery about three months ago. The install was carried out with attention to detail, Cam and his team worked carefully and tidily and kept us informed of the progress throughout. Since then the system has worked exceptionally well and Chris has continued to support us when we have had questions or needed advice. I would highly recommend Electrify Wales if you are looking to install solar pv.

  Really pleased I chose Electrify Wales for our solar install. Cameron and the team were so easy to work with and communication from Chris in the office was brilliant. The whole process from start to finish including all the paperwork for National Grid was so simple. I would recommend them with no hesitation. Great company to work with.

  Very pleased with the work carried out. It proved to be a difficult job , however the experienced staff overcame the problems and rectified all the faults and my system is working as it should.
