  Amazing service. We had the give energy solar and battery installed by Duward. Definitely 5 star service. From advising us on the best avalable solution, assisting with the government scheme , spotless clean quick execution, to being always available if we had any questions or needed application adjustments ;) lol. We have the solar system with battery for over 2 years now and recently the inverter stopped working, Duward was very responsive, in no time come to check what the issue was, contacted the give energy team on our behalf, booked Give Energy engineer, dealing with all the paperwork, set all up on the warranty and so that the Inverter was replaced without any costs. As well Duward done installations for a few of our friends and family, each time providing the best service.

  I cannot fault Duward's professionalism, care, prompt response and clear diagnosis of the fault and work needed to repair my pv system. My 10 year+ inverter stopped working and in just over a week, Duward replaced it with a new one! I would highly recommend AEC Solar Energy for any necessary related work. In this day and age, such efficiency is a rarity.

  The process of installing solar panels and battery, was seamless from start to finish. Duward responded to every email by return, always having answers to our numerous queries. He spent a considerable amount of time ensuring the panels were sited symmetrically, on the most efficient elevation, working around a gas flue. His roofers worked well with the company retiling our roof. He always turned up on time, on many occasions in the evening and at weekends, and spent time explaining the system after installation. Early days ( installation July 23) but looking forward to reduced energy bills this winter. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

  Excellent service from all stages; survey, quotation, installation and commissioning. Any questions we had were promptly answered and after the installation all functions of the system we had installed (PV and battery) were explained and demonstrated. Roofers were also excellent and even replaced some broken tiles they came across! Would easily recommend AEC to anyone requiring Solar installation.

  I have dealt with a large number of Solar battery suppliers over the past 6 months trying to secure a supplier for Solar batteries, and have had a number of very bad experiences. However, once I contacted Duward at AEC, my requirements were quickly met in a very efficient and professional manner. Excellent service and great value.

  AEC Solar Energy Solution (Duward) was asked to increase the size of the system by 9 more panels (5-14), upgrade the Inverter and add a total of 19.9Kw battery storage and AC coupled inverter. Duward is very professional and the system has worked flawlessly since installation. It comprises of 3.78Kw solar on a 3.68 inverter and the battery storage system from GivEnergy. Our electric bills, now in spring, are down to less than a pound a day (including standing charge) and that includes charging the EV.
