A 2 hour time slot between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm was given, apologise for the delay, unfortunately in an area with no mobile signal with no means of contacting you. Advising you as soon as a signal was available.

  Mark was professional throughout providing a quality service in an efficient time frame. He replaced existing pipework and radiators throughout the house. We'll definitely use in the future and recommend to others!

  Mark and his wonderful team are great specialists. They installed the Air Pump heat source at my cottage as well as new radiators and also fitted an amazing new shower- I could not be any happier about their performance and services. They are very kind and were always ready to help and available to answer any questions that I had. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to install new heating systems or requiring great plumbers!

  First experience was fine and the chap they sent out was knowledgeable, efficient and timely, thank you. However, since that time whoever runs the show there has completely gone to lunch as they don't reply to texts the phone goes to vmail etc. and we have been waiting a full month for the quote to do the work with zero response. At this point we have gone elsewhere and will not use them again.
