5What an amazing group of wonderful people, from the staff in the office to the fantastic workmen that fitted a new heating system for us! Particular shout to Paul the boss and a wonderful young chap called Kyle! But all of them were fantastic! Thank you for always cleaning up after yourselves and for being so warm and friendly while doing an extremely professional job!! ☺️

5What an absolute blinder of a company, thanks so much for helping us, from start to finish they were friendly, professional and totally fabulous, this company deserves all the positives from day one. 1I was told I only qualified for the boiler grant if I got my loft re-insulated so I agreed. I was told they would empty the loft but they took some boxes out and piled the rest into the far corner of the loft. My loft was not re-insulated, they did what is called a top up. This meant that my previously usable floored loft was left completely unusable and unsafe. They took up the flooring and then just laid thick blanket insulation horizontally across all the beams. I now cannot go into my loft, retrieve my property from the far corner or even return my other property into the loft. When I complained, they sent another engineer out to check the work who told me the job was sound. I cannot believe they would leave me in this state. When I spoke to the office I was very curtly told that if they removed the dreadful insulation I would no longer qualify for the boiler grant and would become liable for the works completed but that they would return and completely empty the loft but I would need to sign a disclaimer before they would do this. I have no idea what the disclaimer was for and having now had several panic attacks about this I have cancelled their attendance. I am left with the only avenue available to me to pay someone to come and make my loft safe again. If I could afford this I wouldn't have applied for a grant in the first place!!

5I can't fault Fairway Energy at all. From day one they made it easy. They communicated with my landlord about having the work carried out. The contractors absolutely worked their socks off. They were all polite and friendly. They never used bad language in the house, they cleaned up after themselves and asked before putting music on. They managed to work around 5 children, 4 chickens and a tortoise and they were fantastic about it. My kids are really sad now they have gone !! The heating is lovely, so easy to use and far more efficient than our old boiler and radiators. Plus no more oil to order!! Thank you so much

1Be careful with this company!!! Started a job for my mum , as she qualified . Installed power hungry electric heaters upstairs and a heat pump . Cancelled insulation of solar panels due to a male installer going on maternity leave? . The Solar panels are ment to offset the increased cost of electricity. After expressing my concerns, I was told via text ‘we have 3 months to finish any works’

We completely understand your concerns regarding the delay and the importance of having the full system installed as expected. After reviewing this with our operations team, we can confirm that the delay has arisen due to an unexpected emergency paternity leave within our installation team. While it is correct that the grant terms allow up to three months for works to be completed, we fully appreciate that this timescale is not ideal for you. Please be assured that your project is a priority for us, and we are working to arrange the earliest possible installation date for your solar panels to ensure the system delivers the benefits intended. We will keep you updated throughout and are committed to completing the remaining work as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Amazing experience from start to finish, from the office staff making sure they are giving you all of the information needed, to the guys coming out to the house to fit the boiler.
