  I contacted Simon via WhatsApp around 6 weeks ago to enquire about a battery installation for my house. His communication was spot on throughout, quick responses, clear advice, and really helpful guidance on the best battery size and inverter setup for my needs. There was no pressure, no pushy sales approach, and no unnecessary upselling. I contacted quite a few installers before deciding, and Simon was hands down the best. The G99 application was completed and approved on the same day, which was brilliant. The installation itself was super tidy, the team cleaned up after themselves, and everything was left looking really neat. They also took the time to explain how the app works and made sure I understood the system before leaving. Really happy with the whole experience and the finished install. I’ll definitely be using Simon again and would highly recommend him.

  They fitted solar and air conditioning for us. The price was the most competitive and they really knew what they were doing and talking about. When completing the work they were so nice, efficient and respectful. No question was too silly and they have been amazing. I can't praise them enough. They did little extras for us, no mess left and took away all the rubbish. We definitely picked the right company. We had quite a few out to quote and these guys were by far the best. I am thrilled with the work they did.

  Brilliant electricians, they install an EV charger onto my garage wall and connected across to the house. Very tidy, very clean and professional job. Both Charlie and Kieran were polite and well mannered at all times. I would have no issues with recommending Hands on Electrical to everyone. Oliver was extremely fast and helpful in all communications leading upto the job. A very professional company.

  I got quotes from four companies before settling on Hands on Electrical for my EV charger. I liked the Zappi Glo product and the price. Oli was great with his advice and took time to explain options, including showing me the additional RCB box that would be needed. This time spent was a big help to make my decision. The communications leading-up the install were great and the work was very professionally completed on the day. I have asked for another quote for some additional work.

  From start to finish this company were spot on. No hard sale, delivered in communication and doing things when they said they would. Would highly recommend if you are looking to get Solar Panels.

  I am so impressed with this local, friendly company! Following a personal recommendation, I approached them at a busy time to quote for a tricky EICR that needed doing quickly and they dropped everything to deliver on time. No fuss, no mess and extremely good on comms. Honestly deserve five stars and I would not hesitate in recommending them. PS They have since needed to complete another urgent job for me and somehow managed to fit this one in really quickly and the charge was more than reasonable. Thanks again, guys!

  I can’t fault these guys, literally. We needed a bit of a job doing - complete fuse board replacement. They arranged it quickly, made it clear to me ahead of the work what I could do to make it easier. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. Testing everything before they started. It was an all day job, and before I knew it, they were done. Everything was left spotlessly clean too. 5 star all day long.
