1Very disappointed with the service from . I was informed by letter, email and SMS that my annual gas service and safety check appointment would take place between 10am and 2pm. I stayed home all day waiting for the engineer, only to later be told over the phone that the actual slot was supposedly 12pm–5pm. In an age of modern communication, mistakes like this are simply unacceptable. My whole day was wasted and I had to change all my plans because of their poor organisation and communication. I would not recommend using this company.

1Horrendous customer service. First appointment they didn’t show as they didn’t book it in their system correctly. Second appointment I waited for 5 hours to only find out that I was ‘on their list to ring as they had to reschedule’. Disgusting service.

1Just to let you know, one of your vans tailgated me (a young woman on her own) today on the a53 from Market Drayton to Shrewsbury about 9-9.20am. They were disgusting, trying to get round me so they could see me and driving so close behind me waving their arms and laughing. It makes young woman feel so uncomfortable going out anywhere on their own when men act like that. I think you should teach your male employees how to treat women and not make them feel that scared when they’re out alone. Absolutely disgusting.

2Engineers are good, knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service are unhelpful, dreadful, never call you back or actually log your service plan etc. Had to prove that i had a plan and had already paid them. Won't be renewing my service plan next year.

1All work has been sub standard, had heating timer replaced, it is not secured to the wall properly also it does not work. I have no heating and when I leave a message no one ever calls back.

1Absolutely god awful service as a contractor for housing. Apparently emergency response means ignore all day, lie about calling and possibly come out the next day. Crippling anxiety certified.

5Aaron and Dan attended our home to install a ASHP and full heating system. We couldn’t recommend them enough. Both were extremely understanding and patient with my mother who ill. They were clean and tidy throughout, kept us informed about every aspect and went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy. Great company, Thank you Aaron & Dan

1Got tailgated by one of your lairy, aggressive drivers going down the A52 in Nottingham this evening. He also made a gesture to me as I was 0.03 seconds late in getting away at the red light. He proceeded to ignore the speed limits. If I ever need any aggressive gas engineers to visit my property I shall give you a call.
