  I was very pleased with the service. Before finding this company, I called many similar businesses that wasted my time. Some sent engineers who couldn’t complete the job, while others promised very low prices but seemed untrustworthy—especially when I couldn’t find a verifiable full address or any reviews. In contrast, this company (Becool) was calm and professional, handled our questions properly, and provided a clear quotation. The engineer, Albar San, who came to complete the work was very skilled and smart. He finished the job much better than expected, carrying it out neatly. Specifically, he repositioned and secured the electrical wiring projecting from the shopfront adjacent to the access door to the flats and extending onto the roof of the front projection, ensuring it was located as discreetly as possible without detracting from the appearance of the property. Highly recommended.

  Ali & Jhonal from service and Alp, Ilyas & Osama from the installation team were great from start to finish. From enquiry to finalising installation of 3 AC units in our house took under two weeks with consistent communication from BeCool. Very fast and efficient company & they beat the quotes from various other AC companies. Super happy with the final installation and would recommend to anyone thinking about getting a residential AC unit. Thanks again

  I received an amazing experience! Very happy customer :) A member of the team visited my shop in Cricklewood beforehand to assess everything and advised me on the most suitable system for my needs. Their recommendation gave me confidence that I was choosing the right setup. On the day of installation, the team arrived on time and installed a Mitsubishi cassette air conditioning unit. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and were very friendly throughout the process. They also took the time to clearly explain how to use the controls, which I really appreciated.   this is a great company , they were efficient , helpful , on time and most importantly fixed an urgent problem without any fuss and at a reasonable cost ! also OSAMA , the engineer was so nice , i cannot recommend this company enough . BRILLIANT . i have immediately moved my entire contract for air con repairs to them.

  Excellent service, I had two engineers visit, names are Alp and Ilyas, and they were extremely professional and very tidy with the work. I had AC fitted in the attic and I was wondering how they'll do it. But after fitting it, I'm very pleased. Thank you engineers and the team who provided the service. I'll be coming back for additional units in the future.

  I know B4 Air Conditioning people for last couple of years… very efficient and very clean work they do , their prices also reasonable. I recommend them to my relatives and friends,they all happy with their service…I can recommen them to anyone…you won’t be disappointed!
