  This company is extremely unprofessional. After delaying installation for months I was told the prices had gone up, and that if I wasn't happy with the new price I could cancel and receive a full refund on my deposit. It's been 3 months and I am still waiting for my deposit. Neil the salesman and Melissa in the office are both ignoring me, and Nick occasionally fobs me off by saying he had made the request to the office and that he will follow up. He isn't following up Absolute charlatans.
