  Very poor from heat care, came to house several times without notice whilst I was out working. They attempted to fix the issue but couldent and have been left with no hot water or heating for just coming to 2 years now, if you have the choice and arnt in housing association accom then go elsewhere for a better service! 💯

  Lot of "no idea" people..a whole year checking my gas boiler for lack of pressure.. it was leaking pipes underneath my floor boards..if your not in a housing association where you have no choice...stay away from them!!

  Communication is poor, attend without notice, engineers Dont know how to pick up a phone if they're visit is unsuccessful. They love to breach you're data rights by breaching GDPR passing on emails to Third parties. They Dont have a privacy policy online, they pass on subject access requests to other companies which aren't data controlled. Complaint went in - currently taking legal action on the company - NOT RECOMENDED.

  One of the worst mickey mouse companies ever. They coming to your house for service and ignore defects also leaving damages to water valve behind. After contact with company to highlight issue they advise you to put bowl under left leaking by their tech water valve. Company make choice when they kindly will come to fix your stuff damaged by their employee. They don't know what ,when and who will come to fix damages caused by them. RUBISH and INCOMPETENT ,GRUMPY outer and office stuff. Reminds me worst standard from long time ago collapsed soviet union -current russia. Whole company good for scrap.

  They installed new air flow pump system while i was away working and when I returned the heating wasn't working supervisor came out and put up to pressure said it would work in couple of hours and left,it didn't, called them Saturday noon available guy came out Sunday I told him about the pressure dropping, he said it sounds like a leak waited 20 mins, said I can't get a hold of the other plumber and left, said he'd be back on Monday, no hot water no heat in the snow conditions, it does not take 2 plumbers to find a leak, when they did come on Monday they lifted the carpet in the hall and found the leak also all the edge of the flooring was smashed like broken biscuits and had been hidden under the carpet if there was no leak I'd never have known till the carpet started tearing, they also moved wood for my shed floor that was under a tarp and didn't bother to cover it so it got soaked and are denying it and refusing to pay for the replacement, so I'd be very careful about calling out these lazy plumbers, so now I am £235 out of pocket and have to arrange a date to have my flooring in the hall replaced, well see how that goes, UPDATE,22sept 2022,well it's been 6month since I had the unfortunate instillation of the heating system hall carpet has been lifted 3 times now . osprey house or heatcare had to get carpet fitters to come out stretch my hall carpet and try and re-fit and trim it , although it is now fraid round several doors had the engineer came out to service the boiler but still no control box ,but it's only been 6 months so we'll give them time .

  Another situation where they were happy disconnecting the equipment and leaving us without heat or a gas cooker for over a month while they allegedly waited for parts. Eventually had to ask another firm to take over what should have been a routine job. Stay well away.
